I purchased this dryer recently. What a great dryer. large, plenty of room and I now dont have to split my loads (i have 8.5kgs washer) The best feature is the lint catcher which sits neatly in the front of the dryer. So eady to remove and clean. The timer has an auto dry setting so no more guessing if everything is dry. Push one button and its done. Definitely recommend this dryer

Extremely noisy, poor installing instructions regards to controls and how to replace the control panel etc. I end up ringing the service desk - service person had no clue how to install the knob in order to install it upside down on the wall. Auto dry function doesn't work well and clothes comes out damp. I would not recommend this product. I previously used fisher and paykel. It was better quality. I am disappointed that I end up purchasing such a poorly manufactured dryer.

I purchased this dryer recently. Our old Simpson dryer finally kicked the bucket after many years of good service. I dry clothes on the line when I can so wanted a basic no-fuss dryer for rainy weather. This Haier 6kg does the job perfectly. The dial is very simple and easy to use. I leave it on 'auto' and the laundry comes out dry. If you want delicate or other choices then this dryer isn't for you. If you want a simple to use, basic dryer, this one foots the bill. We have a Haier fridge which we purchased from AO 3 yrs ago with no problems, so I'm familiar with the brand. AO pricing and service is brilliant, take away old appliance and packaging free of charge...awesome! Thank you!!
I replaced my almost 15-year-old Hoover Dryer and passed it down to my daughter. I did a search for reasonably priced dryers and found the HAIER 6kg for $395 at the Good Guys Mackay. I liked the feature of reverse tumble and Auto dry. The Auto dry works a treat on MOST loads. It gets a little tricked up with a King Size quilt cover, but I did expect that. It dries a load of towels perfectly, (Provided they are of a similar density) With a mix of thick and thin towels, the thick towels are not quite dry when used on auto. It is something I can easily live with though. It dries quickly, much quicker than the Hoover did. People have complained that the time dial doesn't move to indicate how long is left. Easy to use and highly effective. I wouldn't say it's quiet, but it's not excessively noisy either. Mine was making an annoying whistling noise. I figured out it was coming from the gap between the front panel and the body. Easy to fix with some double sided tape. I also couldn't get the control knob off to fit the reverse decal.
Pleasantly surprised! I bought this dryer looking for something new and value for money. As I will be moving in 6 months and leaving the dryer behind. Needed a wall mounted dryer so sadly had to get a vented. This dryer has exceeded all my expectations. I have a family of 5 so it's getting a serious workout. And it's going such a good job. Simple to use, kind on the clothes, quiet and efficient. I would actually buy this brand again.
Love Haier when it comes to value for money and performance . This dryer was to replace my old Haier clothes dryer that was 9 years old . Easy to use easy to install on the wall. This new model has the lint collector inside , so no more lint in the laundry ! Also has a pause button , making it easier too add items I’ve missed instead of having to open the door to stop! Also much quieter than my older model. Very happy with Haier. The only problem was the decal was not cut to go over the dial , I just cut it to size.
This dryer is very good, one can read about its review on various websites. But the service from appliancesOnline is just mind blowing. Got the product delived in less than 24 hours from me placing the order. This is the best price i got when compared to other online players. The delivery guy even unpacked the item,installed it on top of my washing machine and took the packing material with him. Highly recommend!!
The machine arrived today and very happy with it and as usual the good service from Appliances Online BUT....I purchased it specifically as it could be stacked on top of my existing Haier washing machine and as clearly stated in all advertising a "stacking bracket" is included. Before purchase after looking at pics on numerous sites re the combination I was under the impression it would be a square plastic bracket that would sit on top of the washer and then the dryer would slot inside on top.
