I ordered this online and it was delivered within 48 hours when the other shops had several weeks' waiting for their cheapest models, so I was really happy with that aspect. We've only ever had front loaders, and although this is a 'basic' machine, it's actually pretty good! Washes well, easy to interrupt the cycle if you forget something, rinses well and a good range of settings. Seems to be going the distance so far, better than a lot pricier machines, so fingers crossed it continues! Great price and I recommend delivery, the guys installed and took our old machine away.

I agonised over a decision to buy the Haier Washer or a Bosch washer which is obviously a much more well known brand. So far so good with the Haier. Lots of settings, love the display that tells you the temperature of the wash and the spin RPM. It's efficient, spins really well and quiet. Love this washing machine. Great value for money and love the service from Appliance Online!

I and am thrilled with the Haier; it cleans everything perfectly - even large, heavy duty loads; good size capacity, quiet; and LOVE the 15 minute wash.

Good machine. Runs well and operating sound is not loud at all which is good. Good features and wash optons. One thing i did not admire when unboxing the machine is that you have to install the sound absorbing cover under the machine yourself. Even then the cover does not cover the bottom of machine that well, leaving openings- which means dust from outside can easily go inside the machine parts.
Pros: Great thing was Haier repair tech came out promptly and replaced the hose, levelled and checked machine, so 10 points for good service!Cons: Only just started using so too soon to tell. One issue was water inlet hose fitting had a fault which caused leaking despite tape on tap. Well priced machine. Washes well and does the things it should in that regard. Has loads of wash cycles, spin and water temp settings.It does vibrate quite a bit and is a little noisy during the spin cycle though so be aware if your laundry is close to your living room. That said, it is an entry priced machine so I wouldn't expect it to be super quiet and vibration free.
Pros: Does a good wash on high temperature.Spin cycle on heavy wash is good.Cons: Does not absorb Powder Products.Not that quiet during cycle times-cannot open the door if machine is unbalanced-have to turn of the machine to reset for different cycles if you want to change the settings. Not that great for a 7.5kg Front Loader-go for a Top Loader machine.Better value and more control over stop start option.
I bought this approximately 8 weeks ago and from the first wash I was disappointed!! The spin cycle is pathetic and the clothes are still so wet!! I have to put my load of washing through a 2nd spin cycle to be able to hang them up to dry. It doesn't have a 'Rinse & Spin' cycle. The express wash doesn't give you the option of the highest spin cycle (1200) so then I have to put it through another spin. I can't believe I let my husband convince me this was a better way to go....I should have trusted my gut and stuck with the LG, which we've had several times and was the best for a quick cycle (30 mins) and the spin cycle was fantastic as your clothes don't come out still sopping wet. I bought this machine because on paper it was good value and it had pretty good reviews. The controls of the first machine started playing up on the third day, regularly freezing and preventing the machine from being operated. It was replaced with an identical machine, but the controls on the second machine played up from day one. I then replaced it with a Fisher & Paykel Quicksmart for an extra $80, and it has performed flawlessly. The Haier rates zero stars!!
Bought this 3 weeks ago to replace an old front loader which died suddenly. No problems so far. Chose this one as the water & energy ratings were as good if not better than many of the more expensive brands. Probably not the quietest washer out there but not noisy enough to bother us. Easy to operate & remembers the most recent wash setting which is great!Appliances online delivered & installed quickly & removed our old washer at no cost. Great service!
