I would not recommend buying this brand. The brand Haier makes lemons. My machine is less than 2 years old and has already packed in in. From the get-go it's had regular error messages about the motor, had to turn it off, empty the water across the laundry floor, hand wash the load then hope it may reset itself. A lot of work accommodating a faulty poorly made machine that seems designed to break after little use. I've had machines last 15 years, yet this outcome is disgusting - it's already in need to be replaced. Save your money, energy and time by investing in a much better brand - you have been warned Haier is not quality.

I used the hygienic wash feature the other day for the first time. I had been out walking in a nature reserve, and there was still a lot of ground inundation after the recent floods. My new sneakers and socks were filthy and stained dark brown with dirt and mud. I never thought they would come clean. But on the hygienic cycle, at 90 degrees and 2 hours, they came out like they had just been bought off the shelf. Really happy with this cycle. Cleans well for basic wear on other cycles too. 5. Machine is very quiet and I dont hear it when operating. Even the spin cycle is quiet and no movement in the machine when leveled correctly. 6. The LCD display is easy to read and the cycle dial and push-button options are easy to use. Overall, its a very user-friendly machine.I am very happy with this product and would definitely recommend to others. Also great sales and delivery/install service from The Good Guys.

Been a month now since I bought Haier 7.5kg front loader washer. I like how it only need cold water and heats up the temperature by itself. I could've had hot water connected but for those who don't have that availability, this is a great feature. Overall, the machine looks & feels great. Not very loud. Clothes are cleaning well. The cycles are easy to select and they seem to be working great. It has been gentle on the clothes too. Happy with this purchase overall.

Been a month now since I bought Haier 7.5kg front loader washer. I like how it only need cold water and heats up the temperature by itself. Overall really happy with our purchase. Very simplistic in its functionality. Good size for family of 4. Washes the clothes well, sometimes however, it doesn't spin the water out completely, at times I need to put it through another spin to fully drain washing load of water. This only happens occasionally, not every time. It makes a lot more noise then our Fisher & Paykel front loader we had, but overall, great washing machine if you're on a budget. I like that it has great water and electricity ratings, this was a feature I was after.
As a senior I should have stuck with top loaders. It's very awkward stooping to put in the washing and check the dials (though I'm only about 158 cm tall). There were no instructions on how to check the filter. My daughter had to talk me through it over the phone. What a convoluted process! On my knees on the tiled floor with a knife to open the little door at the bottom of the machine. Really there was no other way to do it. Finally the door sprang open to rest on the floor. Then I had to find a tray that would somehow fit under the tiny space under the machine yet be big enough to hold all the water that would emerge when I pulled out the little plug. (Incidentally, I haven't touched the taps since the machine was installed. I'm assuming it was installed correctly.) My neighbour hasn't complained about the noise yet, but I'm waiting. Also, my previous machines spin cycles left my washing much drier than even the fastest cycle on the Haier. What's that about I wish I had something good to say about this machine, but I can't think of anything, except that it's cheap.

Really happy with the washing machine. Build quality is excellent for the price. The wash selection dial is a bit cheap, but the overall construction is very solid and looks like it will last well. My old washing machine was 15+ year old, extremely noisy and took 4 hours, so my impressions may not be comparable to a recently produced washer, but; easy to use, clothes come out clean, very quiet (compared to my previous machine), clothes dry a lot quicker when hung out, washing powder dispenser is designed to dispense (not accumulate). I would definitely recommend this machine. Only a month in, but very happy so far.
We had to put the washer on its back and screw the felt and plastic sound buffers onto the bottom of the washer. We also needed to remove the support bars from the back of the machine that support the drum while it is in transit. It would have been helpful for a small spanner to be included with this machine!We were not advised we would need to fit the cheap looking sound buffers. Anyone trying to instal this washer by themselves, without the right tools, could have problems doing so. Fortunately the local hardware in this remote country town was open and we were able to purchase a spanner to help complete the installation. Surprisingly, the sound buffers work well and do a good job! Well worth the effort taken to put them on. It's a good wm. It does a good wash. It's compac. Just wish it didn't break down so often. Just wish the quality review staff were more strict on wm leaving the factory floor. The rubber seal keeps detaching. It is frustrating. It's so painful because even though under warranty you have to wait for a technician to be free. Perhaps I was unlucky. It is not even 1 year old and has broken down twice. My previous wm lasted 20 years and never broke down. No it wasn't a Haeir.
