Had it swapef as thought faulty only to discover this is how it works Im the process of the store exchanging it for another brand all together. Sold as fan force but no. F&P who Haier come under have a lot to answer for.

Great oven at a great price. All functions work well. No issues with the product. Only issue is that the oven only came with one removable shelf when most ovens come with two.I would recommend this product
Despite the Good Guys display model having two trays the oven is only supplied with one - ever tried cooking a roast with one trayGoodguys management have just ignored my emails.Wouldnt recommend oven or company

We bought that oven in 2022, and had it already changed once because of a persistent burnt smell. The second one has the same issue. Also it is pretty weak to bake bread and pizza compared to other brands. Still trying to get it replaced again with Fisher & Paykel who is behind Haier. It is a terrible series.
No problems so far. Looks good and works well. Has a pizza function.
The pizza function is great
on purchase i was not told that only one wire shelf was supplied with his model when in my 80 years of cooking experience and being a electrical design engineer who 60 years ago designed the first wall oven, any idiot knows that as with other makes two shelves are needed unless you are dwarfs after complaining and being told they would look into it no one deemed it was necessary to get back to me,
