I started taking these capsules a few months ago. Two capsules with breakfast. All of a sudden, I bike out in deep pustules (spots). It was awful. Then I realised it would be better to split the capsules to Morning and evening doses after a meal. I have noticed that my hair is longer than it usually grows. The thickness at the roots feels thicker. I would continue to use the capsules until I see more growth at the roots
