Hakubaku epitomises the dedication and attention to detail that is at the heart of Japanese culture. That same painstaking dedication essential for the passionate quest for culinary perfection went into finding not only the best grain in the world to produce the best quality noodles in the world but meant moving from Japan to set up a factory in Australia so Hakubaku could have access to those ingredients. Hakubaku has created premium Japanese noodles that are as close to traditional Japanese handmade as is possible. Based on Japanese life principles and healthier food philosophy, it sources and uses only the best quality, authentic certified organic ingredients to create nutritious perfection in a noodle, right in Australia. Soba noodles are thin Japanese noodles made of buckwheat flour (soba-ko) and wheat flour (komugi-ko). They are roughly as thick as Italian spaghetti, and prepared in various hot and cold dishes. The most basic soba dish is zaru soba in which boiled, cold soba noodles are eaten with a soya based dipping sauce (tsuyu).

I difnot like the texture or the quality. This product is only good for creating gravy.

It was advertised as multipack of 8 but I got only one for same price. Will never buy it again from this vendor.

These are delicious! I love using soba noodles in place of other noodles. They seem less heavy than others.

I haven't tried these yet, but I'm looking forward to it!
I was a bit disappointed that the first ingredient was wheat, and not buckwheat. I was hoping for more authentic soba noodles. Otherwise they tasted good.
Delicious for garlic noodles, soups, even cold soba noodles, stir fry.
I love this product. Not only is it made of buckwheat and full of fiber, it cooks quickly too. I use it in place of spaghetti noodles, cook it into home made Pho, and marinate it like the easy recipe on the package. It can replace elbows in mac n cheese if you break it 1/. Kids love cheesy noodles. Add some beef and mushrooms. Beefy, cheesy, easy, noodle dishes buy the dozen with this product.
I ordered my first package so I could try a new recipe that looked very good. My husband loves it and I do too. My daughter is complete vegan and she has lots of good recipes for the Soba noodles. These are the best priced I have found,.
The most expensive noodles I have ever put hased. I thought I was getting 3 packages but it was only 1 but the noodles were packaged very carefully, several layers of bubblewrap and priority mail:)
I love these and they are much healthier than regular pasta. they are very tasty and cook very quick and be can used for many recipes.
