The door is of a good quality however the seals seem to be an issue. This is the second one now where the seal has come away from the door.
Needed to replace the flap in our Hakuna dog door. After visiting their website and realizing their products had slightly changed it was easy enough to work out which one would fit. Works perfectly.
I purchased two of the "The Essential Pet Door Replacement flap(s)" for using in my custom pet door for our new puppy,I needed a custom door because i didn't want to cut holes in both the main sliding door and the screen slider. This flap works perfectly and my puppy learnt to use it in a few minutes and now - flyie in and out without a thought.Thank you.
This was the wrong item.I Have a similar one but it's flexible, due to the lack of pictures to describe the Item I could not see if it is the one I'm after.I thought it will be fine and Bunnings might just sell the one door.
I am sorry but the door flap did not fit however I am very happy with way my need to return the item was handled. Unfortunately it was the second one I purchased that did not suit and I was treated with consideration and respect each time.
Installation guidelines are brief but accurate. Was nervous bending the plastic frame and forcing the door in. Bit ultimately, was ok and the replacement door does the job required!
Not even close to the actual product. I purchased what had stated was the Hakuna pet door replacement. What came was nothing near the actual product. Couldn't even be fitted to the Hakuna door. Terrible, don't waste your time with this rubbish.
