The best investment I have made for my puppy, who is growing fast and extremely jumpy. It got to the stage where I found it incredibly difficult to walk her, but the Halti harness works a treat! The Halti double ended lead can be wrapped around you so you use your body weight rather than your hands/arms to stop the pulling. I can literally walk hands free! You can then take the lead off the front part of the harness and it becomes a 6 foot lead, which is great for recall training. If you take the whole double ended lead off, the harness has about a 1ft lead attached to it, which is easy to grab if you need to when you let your dog off the lead. It has turned our dog walks into a pleasure rather than a nightmare!

Fantastic harness, it fits my dog really well and gives great control when walking on lead, he hasnt managed to slip out of it which is why I use a harness. The loop on the harness is a lifesaver...literally! My dog was swept out in to fast water and couldnt get back to shore, if it hadnt been for the loop I wouldnt have been able to save him! Would definitely recommend getting one of these!

I have two very strong Scottish terriers who would pull when they saw another dog or cat and they actually pulled me over. I was fed up with having bruised and scraped hands and knees so I asked Google where I could get a non pull harness. They came up with several and I chose two from Petplanet.co.uk. Thankfully she listened and thought the whole thing was hilarious but you can see why I would be more than a little apprehensive about her holding the lead again! I finally agreed with the condition that I was stood next to her so I could grab the lead if I needed to. I didn't need to, she was able to walk him with no problems whatsoever, even seeing a cat and him lunging caused no issues.We have used this for several days now and are really happy with it. It has transformed our walks, I am back loving walking him again and can't wait for the lockdown to finish so that he can be taken out more often.All in all a fab harness that really does work!
Excellent, so far! Bought it for elderly friend with large dog who will suddenly run if she gets a scent. Tried this out and dog stopped dead as opposed to dragging handler after squirrel!!! We reckon that the top lead is the control one and the chest one is for back up if needed. Very happy with harness, its doing what it was bought for and dog has no issues with it! Only thing was, I found it difficult to put on, but it was first day.
It is a great design, and works great on my friends dogs. I have a 8 month old Bullmastiff, I purchased large as recommended for a full grown Bullmastiffs - it is to small around his neck on the largest adjustment. I have returned it.
We have two large dogs and both are pullers. We tried the Halti harness on our youngest first, a 15-month-old 84 lb. Great Pyrenees/Lab X who is freakishly strong and likes to take ME for a walk. The change was instantaneous. The moment I put it on it's like he knew his pulling days were over. He's gone from pulling to walking next to me, if he wanders off course a gentle tug brings him back in line. We liked the Halti harness so much the next day we bought a second for our 4-year-old Swiss Shepherd and now walking our two dogs is much more enjoyable. Thank you, Halti, and thank you Bosley's.
