The tyres have performed satisfactorily. The Peugeot is used for short local journeys which hardly puts the tyre through its paces. As far as I can tell wet weather grip is fine and the tyres aren't noisy. No comment in terms of economy.

I had been looking at local suppliers for some time to find 13" tires for a 70's vintage car. The big box tire stores couldn't get anything other than a trailer tire; ( their focus is on 17' and up - you know, today's cool stuff). The folks at Priority Tire had a good brand, designed for cars, in my size at a great price. Shipping was quick and their chosen carrier did their job well. Well done !
