Happiest Baby SNOO Leg Lifters

SNOO Leg Lifters raise the head of SNOO to a very slight and safe incline. Because they’re specifically designed for SNOO, once installed correctly, a stable fit is guaranteed. SNOO Leg Lifters were designed with safety as the top priority. SNOO Leg Lifters slightly raise a baby’s head to a safe 2.5-degree incline, which is well under the maximum recommended limit of 10 degrees. SNOO Leg Lifters can be helpful if your paediatrician recommends elevation for stuffiness or spitting up. SNOO Leg Lifters are slip-resistant and capped with rubber-like feet that keep SNOO securely in place on most floor surfaces. To install, simply unplug SNOO and lift the side of the bassinet where your baby’s head rests. (That’s the side that’s furthest from the power button.) Next, slide each Leg Lifter onto each foot and then push the pair on firmly. Confirm a snug fit (no wobbles!) and they are ready for use. SNOO Leg Lifters are not intended to be used to make SNOO taller.

A no-brainer add-on

The lifters should honestly be the default. My son is a spit up/reflux king so this was a no-brainer for me. I didn’t wait to try the Snoo without these because it’s just so obviously necessary. Even if your baby isn’t struggling with reflux, prevent any problem that can be solved with a slight, safe incline.

Bought these when my 5mo was sick and they were a game changer! They helped with the stuffy nose and helped my mind when I was worried about too much saliva or the possibility of vomit. Gross I know. But such is life for us mamas! Truly love our snoo and these lifters were very helpful

Desperate for reflux help & this helped a little

My little guy suffered reflux so we were desperate for solutions. I am happy Snoo offers a compatible and safe solution for raising the bed. It took the uneasiness of doing something makeshift that might be unsafe off the table. You may read elsewhere about people being worried their little one slipped down in sack because of risers. This doesn't happen if you have the new sacks with the crotch. The risers helped a little but weren't a complete silver bullet.

Didn’t help with baby’s reflux
8 March 2023

I don’t think the incline offered makes much of a difference. Also, given how expensive the snoo is, I almost think these should come with the snoo in the event your baby needs them because… might as well.My baby spits up the second he lays flat, so I got these… and nothing changed. So try them, they may work for you- but know that they also may not have any effect.

Didn’t work for us
10 January 2023

Our baby spits up almost every time he’s in the SNOO. We were hopeful the leg lifters would help, but have not noticed a difference. They are easy to put on and the bassinet is still stable and secure. In the grand scheme of things, $30 for a potential solution is a small gamble compared to the price of the bed, so we were willing to give this a try. These just didn’t offer our baby the relief we had hoped to find. And, yes, he’s positioned so that his head is higher than his stomach during feedings, burped during/after, and not immediately placed in the SNOO after eating. :)

Good but could be great
1 March 2024

The incline doesn’t feel high enough. Would be great if it could be adjustable. My son needs a little more of an incline. Otherwise easy to use and install. Not sure if it has made much of a difference.

Great for babies with reflux issues and well worth the value it provided for our family!
8 June 2020

The Snoo Leg Lifters have greatly helped our daugther with reflux issues. After adding the Leg Lifters when she was 2+ months old, we have seen a significant decrease in the amount of spitup she has had during the night. As noted by others, you will need to make sure that the swaddle is appropriately placed over their wrists to ensure that the velcro straps don't ride up to your childs neck. This unfortunately has happened to her more often since we placed the Leg Lifters on our Snoo, but we realize it can be addressed with better placement of her hands and the velcro straps. Also, these Leg Lifters are very appropriately priced for the value they have provided for our family.

Help with spitup
3 December 2021

These have definitely helped reduce the amount of spit up at night, I highly recommend them. They're very easy to put on too. One thing I would caution against is that if you have the old swaddle design that doesn't have the groin strap then your baby may sink down and end up with the swaddle around his neck. This happened most nights for me. Happiest baby responds to all the comments that point this out saying it's totally safe, which may or may not be true, but at minimum it isn't comfortable and it wakes my baby up unhappy and it would give me something extra to worry about. The new swaddles that have the groin strap solve this issue completely.

Perfect for babies who spit up
13 March 2023

I was cautious at first since I’d heard the horror stories of babies being inclined TOO much, so I was delighted when I saw the shallow incline of the leg lifters. Then I got worried that it wouldn’t be enough to help the reflux our baby had during the night (changing sheets every nap time). Got the lifters and it made a HUGE difference. Our baby didn’t spit up again and it’s been several months now! I also double and triple checked on her and the incline, but could tell that there was no way for her to drop her head to a bad angle. It wasn’t physically possible. Our baby slept much better using both the SNOO and the leg lifters, we are truly devotees!

Would have given 5 stars but....
13 October 2020

This bassinet works amazingly for our son! He loves being rocked and pretty much any movement so this did the trick to help him fall to sleep and stay asleep for the most part. I would without a doubt recommend the Snoo to anyone interested. The “but” comes in because my son is quite the mover and while wearing the Snoo swaddle with straps I woke a few times to find the straps around my son’s face and neck. For any parent this is very alarming!! The straps were applied per specifications and they still slid up. The happiest baby makes recommendations but I believe this should take more of a priority being that many other parents have had the same issue. The fix that we found worked best was to use your own swaddle (we use Halo) then put the straps from the Snoo ... MoreThis bassinet works amazingly for our son!
