In the past I have tried many different treatments including HRT and even an antidepressant prescribed to reduce the symptoms of menopause. Although these drugs may have been a little more effective, the side effects/health risks were always very concerning. I had an extremely hard time weaning off but I was determined to try something natural.I have now been taking the Happy Hormones recommended 4 tablets a day for the past 4 weeks and have noticed that the hot flushes are not as severe or as frequent.I am very happy with the results so far and I intend to continue in the hope that HH will bring full relief.I have not utilised the support network in HH as yet but I am really encouraged to know they are available to me when or if I need it.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered this product and I have to say I am very happy with the product (no pun intended!!) I am only on a very low dose (1 capsule in morning with breakfast) but the symptoms I was experiencing previously have either completely disappeared or are significantly reduced. I just gritted my teeth and endured it as best I could as I wanted to give the product a good go. I am so glad I stuck it out!!! Things have improved immensely and it is such a relief. Happy Hormones

I've taken Happy Hormones in the past and stopped getting them recently as I stupidly thought that as I was feeling so good ...great mood, great energy, sleeping really well I felt I didn't need them anymore ... was I wrong! Within 3-4 weeks I was feeling tired, achy and quite flat about life! All the symptoms that brought me to Happy Hormones in the first place had returned. I'm now happily taking the capsules again .. I'll never again assume that I dont need Happy Hormones to be happy, feeling alive and staying active.... without them I slide back into being a tired, achy, sad old woman.I am so grateful to you for bringing this wonderful treatment to market, I'll never stop taking them nowThank you

Happy hormones are not for me (sadly!)

I bought this following very high recommendations from friends and associates. Sadly, it interacted with my ADHD medications and turned me into an absolutely chaotic mess (noted and commented upon by colleagues!). I SHOULD have checked that before I bought it and definitely before taking it, but in typical ADHD fashion I did not.I did get the Happy Greens and they are great. They are pretty tart and tangy but are a good way to wake up in the morning.The process of purchasing, and using the website, the assessments etc were all very informative and everything ran smoothly from go to (my unfortunate) woe. Incredible results

I’ve had adult hormonal acne for so long that I thought nothing could fix it. I was dubious but desperate to try anything. After 3 weeks it began to disappear and if I take happy hormones daily, it stays away. I stopped taking them just to test it and within days I started getting acne again. I am so happy with it as I was really struggling with scarring and my confidence.An added bonus was that I had a prolonged period since having the mirena. I would spot bleed for up to 10 days. It has also stopped this. I now have a normal 5 day period and no spot bleeding.I couldn’t be happier 👌🏻

So glad I finally purchased Happy Hormones

I started taking Happy Hormones 4 weeks ago, and I have to say I am extremely happy I did. I don’t think I realised how many symptoms I was actually suffering. Those close to me had been telling me for months I needed to do something as they witnessed my hot flushes and night sweats. I am no longer suffering the flushes or night sweats and I’m sleeping so much better so good not feeling tired all the time. I have more energy and although I don’t weigh myself have noticed I have not been feeling constantly bloated and my clothes are fitting more comfortably. I had also been suffering many headaches and what I believe some people describe as brain fog, haven’t had one since I started Happy Hormones.

They stopped my menstral headaches

I have endometreosis and adenomyosis so I have pretty terrible period pain plus I get a migraine 1 or 2 days before my period that lasts until my period starts. Since starting the happy hormones I am happy to report my headache is GONE! I still have terrible period pain but I have my fingers crossed that the pain subsides too. I am 40yo and have had this pain since I was 15 so it's been a miracle for me.I do however have a weird potential side effect - from the 2nd day of taking them, my tongue has become swollen (on and off), I have had some ulcers popping up and the back of my tongue in particular is quite sore. I am seeing a GP but was wondering if it was related? I have read that hormonal changes can cause ulcers. I have been taking them for 6 weeks. Thank you!

Then came the constipation for 7days but again I boiled it down to an adjustment period and continued to take the pills.The next week, I just felt heavy, inflammed in my limbs, fatigued everyday and then 7 days of diarrehia came.I monitored everything that I was consuming amd slowly eliminated anything I thought might be the cause.I was on Fridays, Saturday, Sunday, Mondays in fasted states on 16/8 and eating fish and vegetables and broth.I eliminated processed carbs, diary, I dont have sugar I have stevia, sugar free maple syrup and glucose lollies from time to time but the results were the same.As symptoms didn't subsist with all my eliminations they continued and seemed to be worsening.After all my monitoring it boiled down to the Happy Hormone pills and to ensure this was the case was correct, I dropped the 2 pill dosage to 1 and symptoms continued however not as worse.I then stopped the happy hormones and within 48hours diarreohia slowed and ended, inflammation fell away and the water retention eased off.In the last 5 days my body is back to normal.I was so happy the last time I had them. Unfortunately it wasn't the experience I was hoping for and obviously something may have changed in the ingredients.I think the product is great when it works for someone (as person that knows it had in the past).Hormones are unpredictable.The Liver pills are abit of a worry but I still use those I think its good to help your liver filter things in the body properly.Anyway I'll just have to hunt for something else.

I did notice a decrease in my anxiety first of all which was fairly subtle and a few other subtle changes but no change in the hot flushes. Then after about three and half weeks into taking HH, I began to get headaches similar to those I’d had in peri menopause. I was on the verge of giving up but I decided to do the online chat instead and ask for advice. This was very helpful and I was a passed on to a nurse practitioner who explained cleansing, gave me links to helpful articles and recommended decreasing my dose to one capsule for a while.
