I was using the original HH capsules for over a year, I did notice a difference but it was mild, certainly no panacea.However, since Happy Periods came out (about a month) I've had a HUGE difference in my period symptoms.No more agony with bloating, breast discomfort, and my pain is about 3/10, whereas before it was debilitating 12/10.I AM SO HAPPY, I feel normal for once.I'm so glad HH made this, it's a game-changer for me.

I have been using Happy Period for just over 2 months and have noticed a huge difference. My bleeding is lighter, I am not retaining as much fluid leading up to my period and the length between my cycles is starting to shorten and go back to normal. I will be interested to see if I go back to 28 days. My last cycle was 31 days but for the last 4 months my cycle hasn't been less than 45 days. I am in peri menopause and have been for the last 2 years. The last 12 months my cycle has been doing very strange things and I was feeling terrible. I was starting to feel desperate and was considering asking for a referral to have an ablation done, but definitely not now. Recommend 100% give it a try I don't think you will regret it!

I’ve only used for 1 cycle so far. My moods have been a bit more stable, I did initially get super bad hormonal like headaches at the beginning of taking this I assume is to get rid of extra estrogen in my system. I had less pain throughout my first period but still had initial PMS cramping which I find quite discomforting. I’m looking forward to seeing the changes over the next few cycles. But if you’re suffering from endo it might help you relieve some of the symptoms! thanks I’ll continue to take. I found this more suited to me versus happy hormones.

My 11 year old has suffered terribly with her monthly for over a year missing school, losing sleep and feeling wiped out all of the time.She is one cycle in taking Happy Period and is already sleeping much better. Hopefully in another cycle or two she will become more regular so the impact on her life is more manageable.Happy Period so far is fantastic!!
I was sceptical about how well these would work, but at my wits end with how heavy and painful my periods had become. After 1 month my period was slightly lighter and less painful, I was unsure if it was a coincidence but after my second period taking these I am convinced they have made a huge difference, for the first time in years I only needed pain relief twice during my period and bleeding has almost stopped after only 5 days, not 7.I am so happy to not have my period control my life this cycle!Ive just ordered my second bottle and will be recommending these to friends who may benefit as well.
I'm in my mid- forties and have struggled with heavy periods for the majority of my life. I went through medical tests and procedures and did not want to take hormones or medications such as tranexamic acid. I was left assuming that an estrogen dominance was the cause? Absolutely love this product. Have noticed a huge difference with my PMS. Less crying and raging which in turn has improved both mine and my partners quality of life.Periods pains have significantly decreased too. Less breast tenderness and no headaches either. My skin also hasn’t been breaking out as much the week before I’m due!I did start taking Metformin around the same time and have had my bald spots from PCOS grow back but I imagine that would be HP too!Very happy and will absolutely keep taking. It’s worth a shot if you’re struggling!!
I use Happy Period daily in conjunction with Happy Hormones, I take 2 of these at night & 2 Happy Hormones in the mornings. I suffer from painful, stressful periods most months, the 2 products together have been more helpful with my symptoms than just Happy Hormones alone. I also take 1 Happy Calm every morning, these products have benefited my perimenopause better than any other product I have tried. I would be lost without them.
I’ve been consistently taking happy period tablets for almost 4 weeks now, I had my first period and experienced only 1 day of period pain as opposed to my typical 3-4. I did break out still in hormonal parts of my face but I also have other gut health issues I’m working through so it’s understandable - plus I know it’ll take at least 3 months to see the difference. Keen to keep going with the tablets and feel the difference.
This did wonders for my PMS - reduced breast tenderness, reduced mood swings, reduced cramping, all round awesome!Unfortunately though, my lips started tingling within a week of taking it and they also started peeling, which I’ve never had a problem with, stopped taking them & all back to normal so I must have a problem with an ingredient. It’s a huge shame as I really feel the tablets helped with my period but I have decided not to risk taking them any more.
