Easy to use, great quick release Velcro too, I’ve noticed I need different belt positions for squats vs deadlifts and the fact there’s never any “this is too big or this is too small” space between pin holes is great. I’m still a newbie but I hit 110kg last night for 3 reps on deadlifts and felt safe

Great for guys or girls doing basic workouts and bodybuilding. Not to tight it loose and not as hard on the belly as a standard powerlifting belt. Great comfort and great multi purpose capabilities. I still use this for my big 3 lifts however it’s much more effective for the general lower back comfort

I just received mine and I am totally happy with it.It is light and of a high build quality.It has a huge length of useable velcro and when you adjust it won't move anywhere.I ordered it a size M while a size L would be my true size but then it closes on my right side and not so far on the back, which is more comfortable during a WOD because it makes transitions between exercises easier when you need to "unlock" it.Nevertheless it fits great and gives the right amount of support.

Recently purchased the harbinger synthetic weight belt so far I’m impressed.it’s just what I need to give me a little bit of support for my back to get through a session.Only reason I went with 4 star is the belt is a bit stiff think it will soften with more use
Great smaller size belt, good support for light, medium or slightly heavy lifting. Would probably want extra reinforcement for super heavy training. Easy to use, and very comfortable, love the big strap situation.
Have used more expensive belts, along with this one, and there is nothing that those other belts offer that this one doesn’t also. I don’t always treat these belts kindly, yet this belt takes all the rough handling. Real value for money.
I got this product because I could tell I needed more support as I upped my weight at the gym. I was feeling a little more stress on my lower back than was necessary. So I bought this. Since then I've been able to up my weight even more without having to worry. Provides ample support and doesn't feel in the way at all. The velcro has a nice grip so it doesn't loosen at all throughout the workout. Overall quality is very nice as well. It's not leather, but it's worth every penny. I'm very pleased with this belt.I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a quality belt that will help keep them from getting unnecessary strains when lifting heavy.
I first started lifting back in 10th grade, and the belts provided by the school were all too big for me. I'm an extremely petite gal, but I was - and still am - very serious about lifting. After trying on every belt the school had to offer with no luck, I came across this belt hanging behind all the large ones. It was perfect! I was adamant about checking the brand to make sure I would be able to find it again, because I knew it fit just right. Not only was the fit perfect, it was incredibly sturdy in terms of semi-heavy lifting. Overall, I would say this is an excellent belt to look at when it comes to smaller belt sizes.
Great value for money. Its a lot better than the leather belts as it still has some give which makes it incredibly comfortable and it does not compromise its form. The build quality is top notch and id highly recommend it to anyone whos into weight lifting. I have had a lot of back issues over the years and when i started lifting the back pain didnt help at all. After using this belt it has become incredibly easy to lift weights and the difference is night and day. Overall, i highly recommend this product over the leather ones.
This Belt works just fine for heavy weight. I am a powerlifter and I have used it to deadlift over 400lbs and no issues at all. It's also incredibly comfortable. I don't like the leather belts because they dig into my ribs. If your a powerlifter you don't want the back to be bigger than the front. Powerlifting belts should be the same size all the way around unless your more of a body builder and do a lot of isolated exercises the 5 inch width is perfect for anything you will ever need to do...
