This is my fifth pair of 3056 boots. I continue to buy them as they are always comfortable from the first wear. Sadly this time it’s not the case. My new pair seem to be different. I’m not sure what it is but they hurt my feet and I’ve had to stop wearing them after 2 weeks.

New favorites.They're nice enough to pass as a casual boot, but the steel cap and zip makes them functional for general site works.If you need a boot with a lot of ankle support, or that can handle heavy duty applications though, probably opt for something more utilitarian. They are more casual than daily dirt and mud. Something you can wear with a nice set of work pants, but also tour a work-site in and be compliant.I do love the zip on these being angled and bulky though, it actually allows you to do your laces up tight and still get your foot in and out using the zip. I have had others that don't fit this bill.

This is the second pair of these I have gotten. Very comfortable and last well. the only problem is the zip needs to be pulled up multiple times a day but other than that they are the best boots ive used in 25 years of working in garden and building maintenance. Also the half sizes fit my wide feet well.Very happy
These boots are great, they are stylish and very comfortable. I used to wear steel cap boots and shoes and the previous pairs from other manufacturer's ended up causing me plantar fasciitis. The way these boots allow you to tighten the laces to suit your needs and comfort is excellent, once you do the laces, set and forget because when it comes time to take off or put on, you just pull the velcro and unzip the zipper. I am so glad I bought them and I will buy them again. Buying them through Workwearhub has paid off too, I work in a commercial dispatch for a large Sydney based power tool company and Workwearhub have not disappointed me with the dispatch and delivery times. I haven't had the chance to wear these at work yet which will be the real test as i'm in the entertainment industry (setting up concerts) but I have given them a little work out around the house and garden just to wear them in. Look great. Fit great.Unfortunately they are coming apart at the toe after very little hardyakka. part time pushing a mower. I'd say 10 hours wear at best. As can be seen the part of the shoe covered by the gator is like new.

The shoe's lower half is great, the upper is poorly designed.The zip is annoying, isn't quite placed right to easily put the shoe on, and never stays up. The neoprene cover on top of the zip is a joke, doesn't do anything and is almost destroyed. The eyelets for the laces are a bad shape and cut through the laces. i bought these bad boys a couple of weeks ago and have found them to be the most comfortable safety boots that I have ever worn. Their firm yet cushion-like inner soles are all about comfort; when taking them for their first spin I felt like I had worn them in already.The steel toe is exactly what you'd expect in terms of reliability from Hard Yakka, along with the anti-slip functionality.The beauty of these boots is I can wear them anywhere, whether it be work or recreation. They're tough enough to withstand day to day work, and aesthetically pleasing to the point that you'll want to wear them everywhere outside of work.Good one, Yakka. I'll be wearing these bad boys for years.
