I’ve just bought this new LED kit and an yet to install it under the annex of my camping trailer, but I set it up to compare it with another LED light bar I was using and the new Korr bars are even brighter! Not bad, considering they’re shorter than the one I was previously using. And far more slimline. The second bar means I can retire my Dual Fuel Pressure lamp….no more flammable fuel to carry or mantles to keep replacing! Same with my gas lamp on a pole that shares with the stove. The dimmer switch has a green LED, so I can find it in the dark easily. The connectors make it simple to set up. It also gives me the option of attaching a third bar, if the situation warrants. Plenty of cable means I can put the bars anywhere under the annex. Great delivery, arrived a couple days after i ordered them. Bought these to fit onto my 4x4 awning as a trial, had them clipped to the upright poles with the supplied pole clips, worked a treat!!! Will be getting a couple more to clip onto my horizontal poles to complete the set-up. Dimmer was great and the ability to switch to orange light was a savior keeping the bugs away!! The carry case kept everything safe when traveling definitely recommend this combo!!

I bought your 2 Bar Tri-Colour led camp light and have now used it for a couple of weeks. I would like to share some comments about your product with you.. Unfortunately it is made in China. If I was able to buy the same quality light made somewhere else but China I would have done it. The cardboard box is of high quality and very well illustrated. The inner case unfortunately went in the bin as it is not practical to store in a normal 4x4 car. I would have preferred to have bought the same kit in a cardboard box instead, save the environment and some money. The fact that the switch is of a lower IP rating is somewhat surprising (IP68 is very good and IP64 is not bad). The cable is very stiff in cold weather making it harder to pack away. The product is well made and works as intended. The diffuser makes for a pleasant light.

After sales service issues

I have been using this product for nearly a year, whilst still under warranty the on/ off switch gave up the ghost. Getting a replacement has been an issue. BCF can not just replace any component, if it fails. Additional to this if you don't have the receipt but you are a member you have to get a print out from BCF and send the faulty part back at your expense.

Great light that is not too harsh on the eye. Highly recommend for good lighting around the camp. Use mine with String Lights for ambience and Hardkorr Flexi light. Love the switches that make it easy to find in the dark and also the dimming function is convenient

Excellent

Excellent lighting system, easy to set up great quality. Virtually no bugs on the orange setting even in heavily infested areas. Plenty bright enough even the lowest setting produces sufficient light to be able to see what you're doing. I highly recommend this product.

This light kit proved to be easier to use when camping than I anticipated and provides excellent light. it's really essential when camping. I purchased it on special, so the price was great and delivery was very prompt.

Hard Korr 2 Bar Tri-Colour LED Camp Light Kit With Diffusers

The lights appear to have enough illumination. The connectors though, are small, fiddly and difficult to line up. In addition, the water sealing 'O' rings are not captured on the connectors and easily fall off. One of the extension leads connector was misshapen, probably because of how it was packaged. I managed to reshape it by heating it up in the sun and attaching it to the mating connection.

Super!, enabled me to change over from gas lamps with the inherent frquent replacement of fragile mantles. On seeing the hard case friends thought I had taken up a musical instrument! Low current draw means I can use a lithium ion battery. The yellow light option will hopefully reduce the insects at night! :)

These are excellent.

These are excellent lights. Well built, and come with a lightweight carry case. The dimmer works very well and the orange option is a winner. I use this system instead of the ridiculously bright outside leds on my van. Be aware the Dimmer switch is not IP68 rated (as noted on the specs btw) so you will need to protect it somehow from the rain, but because its only 12V there is no shock hazard. It's a scalable modular system that lets you build a lighting solution to suits your needs. Highly recommended.
