Received this absolutely beautiful brewer, but after reading the reviews it made me a little nervous. Decided to do a trial run immediately and it worked perfectly!! Once I realized how the gray release button actually worked and poured tea from the pitcher gently, it worked like a charm! Not only did the tea taste excellent, it looks gorgeous on the countertop.

This is honestly one of the coolest things I have ever received and I can't stop using it. Easily the most interesting and most beautiful tea brewer EVER. It also makes a damn tasty cup of tea. I just can't say enough wonderful things about how cool it is!!!! Super easy to clean, super easy to set up, and all around a statement piece. LOVE this brewer!

Had a bit of a mix up at the beginning by being sent the wrong item accidentally, but customer service emailed me back quickly within an hour of me pressing send with a return label and new order number for the correct product. It works amazing! I just wish the usps took better care of fragile packages. The bottom teapot was broken, but I have one that works.

I took it out of the box and I immediately loved it. I bought the sample box of every flavor you sell. I first used the infuser and it started dripping (small drops) while it was infusing. Maybe I don’t have the seal on at the right angle.
I bought this a month ago with the 10 sampler teas and I love this. The Hario Largo Tea Brewer Kit makes a perfect cup of tea every time. I used to drink only coffee but since I got this I have had tea every morning and I don’t miss not having coffee. Worth every penny.❤️
I’ve used glass infuser teapots for decades, but this is my new favorite way to brew tea. It works perfectly and looks so cool on my kitchen counter. Rather than using the little pitcher that came with it, I just put my tea mug on the stand, press the button and fill it up. Pitcher is kind of useless since it spills when you pour from it, so I won’t use it except to hold excess tea after it’s brewed enough.
The quality of the product does not match the price point. There are equally effective products elsewhere that cost half the price. Additionally, the instructions are written in Japanese. Not a BAD product, just not the best value.
I love Hario’s tea sets.Largo Tea Dripper Set easy to use for my tea tasting events or in-house party.Can’t go wrong when using Hario’s product. I have few tea products from Hario.
I love this brewing station. I will use it for adding tea to my continuous brewing kombucha! Also totally enjoyed my first August brew of Jet Black. Fabulous lean of black tea and espresso!!
Makes tea making simple - it's not messy, it's easy to clean, and allows the tea to be full contact with all the water during brewing. I like how simple it is to do a second or third infusion with it, rather than picking a dripping infuser out of one cup and putting it in another. I always decant into the glass pitcher then into cups just to make sure there's no over spill.
