I Love My Hark Big Boss smoker - it is a greatly valued addition to my kitchen

Very happy with my new smoker, I converted it over to burn charcoal as well as maintaining gas... first burn I cooked 4 Chickens a pork leg roast and some pork bellyAll came out perfect, I was a little short on time at 5 hours but that was my errorI love the ease of use, consistency, predictability and evenness of the internal temperature, I am more attuned to Texas style offset smokers and cold smoking - I will add a UFO Cold smoker to the side of the unit a little later as I have some cheese to smoke very soon. The greater loading capacity is a wonderful addition to my collection of smokers.

Wait and see

Used it only once so far the weather was cold and windy and didn’t get that hot actually did cook the food but took a lot longer it did say in instructions weather and wind can play a big part ,so I’ll reserve my judgment until I use it in optimal/ better conditions

You won’t regret it

Great smoker, quick to heat up and even quicker to cool down, even cook every time, super easy to put together, delivery was quick.Extremely happy with the Big Boss!
