Great for getting my cycle controlled, however you have to take a lot of them.
After a lifetime of hormonal issues this is finally helping!! I’ve tried many different supplements…consistently is the key! Give it 2-3 months before you see results….
Started this 23 days ago for my PMS. I was so suspicious first but it really worked. No horrible cystic acnes this time. it cleared my skin to better and lighter (I also used the company's tree oil cream before sleep). My mood remained nice and cool and I felt energetic whole month. and it didn't play with my period at all. Less cramps and pain.. it's really recommended from an authentic user. I was about to use birth control pills to help with my PMS. but thought I just give a try and I'm so happy now.

I have been using Harmony Balance for years. It lessens my PMS symptoms in conjunction with me resting when my body tells me to during and before that time of the month. I highly recommend it.

Does take at least three months of regular use to experience best results, but gradual results are visible. Roller coaster of emotions stabilized, breast tenderness before period is gone, experienced weight loss, cramping was minimal.
