Took long to get my book, but it was all worth it. Great cover-page and good quality paper material, it’s much interesting to read with all the colorful illustrations and pictures 😊

20 years later, still essential to the Harry Potter saga.

Even if this is the longest book in the Harry Potter series, it doesn't feel that long. Everything here happens for a reason, and even the most inconsequential episodes help build Rowling's characters. And I feel it's appropiate that the longest book is the one where the school is taken over by the overly sacharine tyrant that is Dolores Umbridge; a character so vile that you will end up hating her more than Voldemort (at least for a while). If Goblet gave us the starting point for the second half of the series, Order deepens our understanding of what it was like the first time he was around and how it affected people, and how the wizard community is taking his return.

Deluxe Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix

Admitting to the fact that I own paperback and hardback editions of all 7 Harry Potter novels, and all of the two-disc editions of the movies, plus the four-disc deluxe movie editions that have been released as yet, it is only logical that I was biding my time to make the deluxe book purchases. It only took me so long to acquire them because I wanted to buy them at a reasonable price, and $80-$100 or more didn't seem like the best use of my funds for something that I already had a copy of. So why buy the book for yet a third time? Completist obsession, maybe? Very likely. Too bad there are no deluxe book editions for the first four volumes. I'd be suckered into them too. And that's it. Artwork is the sole reason I purchased these books yet again. And I like having things that most other people don't have (at least that are not too expensive - I am a poor student after all)...it's a particular quirk of mine. I hope this helps you make your decision easier.

Fantastic Potter , but LARGE and colourful.

Owning the basic books , i have also been buying the illustrated versions , because how could you , as a Potter fan , resist ? Large , brightly illustrated , easy to read , i eagerly await the last two in the series. Sure , expensive , but certainly worth it !

Beautifully illustrated version of this epic tale. A wonderful keepsake for all Harry Potter fans and I can’t wait to complete the set.

The world took great umbrage at this brilliantly drawn extension of the legend but its definitely fair to say that she got her comeuppance at the end. This book may well shock its fans. Major events transpire. Much loved characters of the story are given the chop in more ways than one. But as i have already mentioned, book five is essentially about a prophecy.Learn the prophecy, and everything changes.An awesome, breath taking five stars for an awesome, breath taking book.More please.

Ok condition, could have been packaged better

This hardback book, is in good condition, pages are slightly discoloured yellow but otherwise clean. However the hardback, seems to be damaged and likely in transit since it was only packaged in a plastic bag. Also the paper sleeve is missing!!! I am gutted since I really wanted this.

a new beginning

The Harry Potter series are my favorite collection of books of all time. I would really like to thank the author, J.K. Rowling, for changing the lives of millions of people, especially children. Not only are the stories amazing, but J.K. Rowling truly is an excellent writer, unlike many other fiction writers with a large cult following (Twilight series). I could not imagine my life without ever reading Harry Potter and I urge you, young or old, to give this book series a chance. Trust me, you will love it.
