Really cool authentic toy from Harry Potter! Having grown up with the Harry Potter books and movies and now starting to read and watch them with my son, this sorting hat toy is an awesome way to bring the stories to life. We loved role playing the stories and seeing which house we were sorted into and playing out how it would be to live in that house. The Harry Potter Sorting Hat will bring hours of role play fun for my family and help to bring the Harry Potter books to life for my children as when I was a child.

This hat is so fun! I love how large it is, as it is comparable to what the hat would be in the movie. It is very similar to the movie hat and seems to fit an older child and adults head just fine. It's cute that it says different things and is definitely a fun collectors item as well. This review was collected as part of a promotion and the opinions are my own.

This hat was tons of fun, it's so cool how it moves when it talks. Huge bonus that it already comes with batteries. My only critique is that it doesn't fit all adult head sizes, it can be painful to try and wear it if your head is a but larger as it's all hard plastic inside. Overall, a great toy

The Wizarding World Harry Potter sorting hat is such a fun toy for any fan of the books or movies. You can wear the hat and it says a multitude of phrases in both English and French! The face of a hat even moves making it look so realistic. I would highly recommend this for any Harry Potter fan in your life.

Disappointing

When it arrived the box was damaged and someone in the shop just roughly taped it up with celetape which was disappointing as it was meant to be a present from "the big man". The toy itself was fun at first but it only has one saying so the kids didn't play with it for very long.

Great gift!!

My son was desperate for this hat after his Harry Potter theme at school where his teachers used this hat to put them into their houses. So when he finally received it he was over the moon! Exactly like it was in the film, he uses it all the time and every time we have visitors he is using the hat to see what house they would be in. Definitely recommend to any Harry Potter fans, young and old!!

Harry Potter Sorting Hat

The Sorting Hat is excellent quality and makes a great gift for Harry Potter fans. I gave this to my niece for Christmas and it was a huge hit. Absolutely everyone loved it and by the way they were all interacting with the sorting hat I'd say that it is ideal for children both young and old. It's very realistic.

Outstanding

I bought this as a gift for a 9 year old Harry Potter fan. She absolutely loved it. Quality is amazing. Talking and movement is amazing. And we all had a turn all day having the hat on us. So much fun. A great gift! Very happy with my purchase.

Received faulty item

We were sent a faulty product and had to return it in store. However we since purchased this from elsewhere and it's great fun and my grandson loves it. Quality control from Myer was very poor with this purchase.
