My kids love monopoly. We were playing the regular version of it but the game was too long for them so we thought we’d try monopoly junior. My kids love it and we have fun with it. However, I wish it had more money options like the old versions on monopoly junior (old version had $1’s, $2’s, $3’s, $4’s and $5’s) some of the rules were different too. I feel that using only $1 is too simple of math. We play games with our kids not just for fun but learning too. Some of these newer/updated versions of junior games are overly simplified. All $1’s is good for a really young child but my kids are between the baby version and the adult version. Too easy or too hard isn’t fun. Easy to play. Fun for families of all ages

This monopoly game is simple and a little more basic that it's original. You need at least 3 players to make it fun and is simple to set up. The instructions came with the game and were easy to understand. There are instructions for game playing with younger children and another set of instructions for an older child. The instructions let you decide how you want to play, but are still easy to understand. It is not to complicated for the younger ones and lots of fun for older kids and adults too. This was a great buy and a fun game for the whole family!

Great game for little ones

I bought this board game for my soon-to-be 5 year old son. We played with his 2 older siblings too (ages 16 & 13). We enjoyed this board game so much! Instructions are so easy to understand and the game is simple. My son was pretty good at understanding the game and counting the money. I had to help him just a little bit with a couple of things but other than that he understood the concept. This is a great game to play with family and friends and I highly recommend!

Kids will learn the “basics of Monopoly”

I liked how short timewise each game was. Once a person goes bankrupt, (which doesn’t take long when all you’re given is $16) the game is over. BUT this would not be a good game if the children are distracted because distracted ones will not notice when folks land on property they own and the game will drag (or you’ll become a nagging person to ensure they do collect rent each time )The creators did a great job designing an EASY TO PLAY version that introduces them to the concepts of Monopoly.

Much improved from what I had as a child!

This game is much faster and easier to grasp than the Monopology Junior of the mid-90s. Thank goodness! I really appreciate the simple rules and fast play. Ages 5 , but my 3.5 year old who really enjoys counting and Candyland caught on to this super quick! He needed help, but the counting is typically 0-5 and occasionally 0-10. Great for a family of 4. If you have more friends or family that want to play, make teams. An additional 2 game tokens would allow for more players. Tip: Buy or make resusable pouches for the cardboard tokens that are similar to houses. You punch out lots of round pieces and that's probably why it's for ages 5 , they are a possible choking hazard if not supervised.

Very disappointed

This happened more than 3 times. I am disabled so grocery pick up is great for me. When I unpacked my groceries my carrots %26 cucumbers were slummy. My potatoes were smelly soft and leaking liquid. Today I got home and the lawn chair I ordered had a big chunk out of it. The shoppers have got to do a better job looking items over. I’ve also received items that were expired.

grat game, different than pictured

very fun game for 6 year old, different than pictured. the game pieces were completely different than pictured. I was expecting a dog, cst, boat, and car. what I recieved was the dog, a penguin, rubber duckie, and a dinosaur. this change ended up being really good for my family as these tokens fit our personalities better, but I wanted to make others aware. the game itself is fun and easy to play. it's a simplified version or regular monopoly but agreed down. my 6yo loved it.
