Everything worked very well with the order. Very simple to place it, and it arrived on the expected time. However, I think that the brand is getting expensive for what it is, and even more if we take into consideration the price of the same items in Brasil, and even more taking into consideration that after a year, they break and there's no place to fix them, and we just have to buy new ones. Sincerely I only keep buying them because besides all of these, all the other brands are even worse.

My gripe is more with the brand than JL. The sizing guide on the havaiana site and JL site do not align. I purchased a medium, which was too small for my husband, who has size 10 feet, so I had to return them for a large (though this contradicts the sizing guidelines).Annoyingly the product code on my invoice and the product code on the box were one digit out, implying that I had actually purchased the large, when i hadn't, I had originally purchased the medium. I think jl need to check their product and invoice coding for this brand ad there's quite some confusion.My advice...go to the shop and try them on for size, don't faff around ordering them unless you absolutely know your size in this brand.

I purchased 2 pairs - one in pink and the other the red and navy. Both pairs are a great fit and so comfortable to wear. Thank you Sport's Direct for great value and a speedy delivery. I will be purchasing more from you.
Never again. I was sent a faulty product as you can see on the pictures. Instead of sending a new pair I was given £15 voucher, the same pair then cost me more £4.50. Basically for their abysmal quality control I was left out pocket. Companies like this stay well away! Absolutely hideous!!!
I have owned numerous pairs of Havianias in my lifetime, and recently purchased 2 pairs from Debenhams - which on the face of it were identical to pairs I had bought previously. Regrettably- these are not if the same quantity that I have experienced with every other pair I have owned. Seem to be inferior versions - very disappointed.
