I love MM's. There actually really good. I have tired so many flavors. I have tired dark chocolate MM. I have tired the ones with peanuts in them and the ones with pretzel in them. I tired the new one that came out the smores one thats really good.

ASOS Deceitful practices

Ordered size 10 which was shown in stock. They sent me a size 8 rather than tell me that there were no 10’s left. Had to buy via another site and then ASOS refund only half the amount as I no longer qualify for the discount. Entirely their shoddy practices that caused it otherwise I’d understand. If I wanted 8 I’d have ordered 8 but sadly my feet can’t shrink.

Havaiana frustration

My gripe is more with the brand than JL. The sizing guide on the havaiana site and JL site do not align. I purchased a medium, which was too small for my husband, who has size 10 feet, so I had to return them for a large (though this contradicts the sizing guidelines).Annoyingly the product code on my invoice and the product code on the box were one digit out, implying that I had actually purchased the large, when i hadn't, I had originally purchased the medium. I think jl need to check their product and invoice coding for this brand ad there's quite some confusion.My advice...go to the shop and try them on for size, don't faff around ordering them unless you absolutely know your size in this brand.

Lovely flipflops, but I used

Lovely flipflops, but I used the size finder on the website to choose my size and they were too small! And the fee for returns is not much less than the flipflops. Have bought replacements in the right size from Amazon.

Misleading shoe size guide

As a loyal and regular customer, I am very disappointed with my latest purchase of a pair of Havaianas. The supposedly helpful size guide advised that the size is based on Brazilian standards, which also advised that size 41-42 would equal to 43-44 (my size) European. So I ordered a pair of Brazilian size 41-42 pair of Havaianas but it turned out that they were too small, and as I suspected, the size guide was wrong. After receiving the goods, I went online and checked the size guide again to prove my partner that it was not my fault but the size guide, and my partner was also convinced that the size guide was misleading. Now I ended up with a pair of Havaianas that I really wanted but I cannot wear. Never again. I was sent

Never again. I was sent a faulty product as you can see on the pictures. Instead of sending a new pair I was given £15 voucher, the same pair then cost me more £4.50. Basically for their abysmal quality control I was left out pocket. Companies like this stay well away! Absolutely hideous!!!

Not the same as all of the previous pairs i have

I have owned numerous pairs of Havianias in my lifetime, and recently purchased 2 pairs from Debenhams - which on the face of it were identical to pairs I had bought previously. Regrettably- these are not if the same quantity that I have experienced with every other pair I have owned. Seem to be inferior versions - very disappointed.
