I will not wear these from Nordstrom and advise the Nordstrom buyer to drop from you product line. I am a long time Nordstrom customer and this was the first purchase where I am not satisfied. They are dangerous!

I own many Havaianas and for some reason, the crystal pink color’s straps fit way bigger than all my others, the length of the footbed was fine just the straps hung off my foot so the sandal dragged when I walked. Seemed to feel lighter and less durable too, very odd. In the photo, you can tell the straps go further over the edge than the other colors so maybe something to look out for. Perhaps it’s a different style? No idea but returned, obviously.

Absolutely love the color but that was as far as it went! I find the souls to be extremely thin and narrower towards the toes. When walking on carpeting, the front of theses failed flops turned under more than once almost causing me to fall. I compared them to a less expensive but more substantial black flip flop I already own. I normally wear a 40 but for some odd reason I had to buy a 41 which is slightly too large. Very disappointed overall.

I have several pairs of Hawaiiana flip-flops, purchased over the years in various colors. Had to have this pair in Rust/Metallic Copper, which is absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately this pair, for some reason, does not stay on my foot as well as the older ones. Parts of the rubber sole fold under sometimes as I walk, which is concerning and potentially unsafe. I wonder if it could cause me to fall. I will continue to wear them for now, especially around the house, but with great caution.
My old pair broke so I saw anaconda had a member sale for 2 for $29. I purchased both as click and collect. I literally waited over 15 minutes in store at the front desk waiting for someone to bring up my click and collect order. Of 2 thongs. The thong rack was about 5m away from where I was standing so I said to the lady can I just go and get 2 from there and go. Nope, I had to wait. It would’ve been quicker for me to buy in store. Due to the slow and unapologetic service I have no incentive to return to this store.
Unfortunately this year the flip flops feel stiff and aren’t as nicely made as my old pairs. Bummer…most flip flops hurt my feet so I only bought Havianas for years- the higher price was worth it. I had been a loyal Havianas fan for years. Please bring back the old quality.
I can only wear thongs for shortish intervals as they hurt between the toes. Several friends recommended Havaianas as they are softer and far more user friendly. They are a small improvement but nothing much to rave or recommend to others. Sizing is accurate.

I'm actually not sure why this is marketed as a "Slim Flip Flop" because I have wide feet and the straps are loose on ME! According to the old sizing chart I wore size 39/40 (size 8 shoe), but now I wear a size 37/38. Not realizing the sizing chart changed, I ordered my old size, but they were too large. Then I ordered the new size. Not only are the new sandal straps about 1/2" longer, but the piece that connects to the footbed at the front of the sandal is 1/4" longer than the old version. When you match the old and new versions of the footbeds to each other the new version is 1/4" longer. I bought these in store at south coast plaza. I forgot to pack my flip flops so I grabbed these. They were a lot wider than my old stretched out pair. The straps don’t keep them on my feet. The service was worse than the fit so I returned them rather than being mad every time I wore them thinking about the one time I was treated poorly in a Nordstrom store.
