So when I saw this brand available from Nordstrom, I bought 2 pairs. I tried the 2nd pair and same thing happened, the front buckled under and I almost fell forward again (I'm not prone to falling). I will not wear these from Nordstrom and advise the Nordstrom buyer to drop from you product line. I am a long time Nordstrom customer and this was the first purchase where I am not satisfied. They are dangerous!

I own many Havaianas and for some reason, the crystal pink color’s straps fit way bigger than all my others, the length of the footbed was fine just the straps hung off my foot so the sandal dragged when I walked. Seemed to feel lighter and less durable too, very odd. In the photo, you can tell the straps go further over the edge than the other colors so maybe something to look out for. Perhaps it’s a different style? No idea but returned, obviously.

Great flip flops. Simple and stylish. I’m a size 40-41 (7/8). I got the 41/42 size and they’re ever so slightly large, but the smaller size comes up slightly tight, so I’m glad I went with these! At least my heel doesn’t hand over the edge! They’re very comfortable.

I can only wear thongs for shortish intervals as they hurt between the toes. Several friends recommended Havaianas as they are softer and far more user friendly. They are a small improvement but nothing much to rave or recommend to others. Sizing is accurate.

Meaning, if you're a size 6, buy a size 36/37 because these flipflops run small.The straps are also very loose. I bought a pair back in 2016 and the 2016 version has noticeably tighter straps. I'm actually not sure why this is marketed as a "Slim Flip Flop" because I have wide feet and the straps are loose on ME! Apparently Havaianas have changed their sizing. I have been wearing several pairs of these sandals for years. My last pair just broke after wearing it for five years, so I ordered two new pairs. According to the old sizing chart I wore size 39/40 (size 8 shoe), but now I wear a size 37/38. Not realizing the sizing chart changed, I ordered my old size, but they were too large. Then I ordered the new size. Not only are the new sandal straps about 1/2" longer, but the piece that connects to the footbed at the front of the sandal is 1/4" longer than the old version. As a flight attendant, packing light is important. These sandals are a staple in my luggage. They are comfortable and can be used for so many different occasions … pool side, slippers for the hotel or even just going out on a hot day. They take up so little space and have so many different designs available. Main thing is that they are comfortable and can go from wet to dry with zero issues.
I was disappointed, overall it seems like a is a good sandal as far as bottom support however the upper rubber material is uncomfortable because the straps are way oversized and they are crooked so they rubbed on my skin. I don't know if I got a defective pair or that's the way they are made but my foot is slim and of course it slides off, the bottom part of the sandal (for my foot size) fits fine. I got size 6 it almost seems like I have to get a kids size juts to make the straps fit but the kids sizes chart is complicated. Who what's to go to all that trouble?. it's definitely not worth the price and the hassle. The advertisement is incorrect not the best sandal then again if you have a wide foot then it may totally work. I bought these in store at south coast plaza. I forgot to pack my flip flops so I grabbed these. They were a lot wider than my old stretched out pair. The straps don’t keep them on my feet. The service was worse than the fit so I returned them rather than being mad every time I wore them thinking about the one time I was treated poorly in a Nordstrom store.
I had to return these because the strap is too wide. The sole of the flip flop is slim, but the strap is really wide so there was no grip on my feet. They are overpriced in my opinion and are much too loose to be described as slim, if anything they seemed wider than any other flip flop I’ve ever tried. I bought 35/36 which fit otherwise. Generally I’m a uk 3.5 or 4.M&S however are brilliant, easy shopping and no hassle returns.
