Its footbed is glossy, strap is loose, size 37-38 perfectly fits me and looks great. I just received my second order today but the material is quite different. The footbed ain't glossy, strap is kinda tight and for a 37-38 size, it's kinda bigger than the one that I had before. Not sure why? So I'm doubting if these products are authentic.

I have been buying flip flops from Havaianas for last few years and never got disappointed! The strap is soft and the flexible rubber sole is very comfortable to walk for long time. The shape is perfect for my small feet and true to size. Highly recommended!

havianna flip flops have always worked great. I've worn them for twenty years. there was a time that l had little money. l wore haviannas year round. And they lasted every day for year, before they started wearing out. It was great and I was impressed. And I've been buying them ever since. I love them and wouldn't wear any other kind of flip flops. great shoe well made.
