I bought the 12 litre because I like to make 4 litres of soup at a time, which is about halfway filling the cooker after adding all the ingredients. It also comes with a comprehensive recipe book which was nice. Cooks meat or gammon perfectly, lovely and tender. I just worked out how much water is needed for fifteen minutes,half an hour etc.,all information is in the manual. It also cooks at 15 psi.,which was also a requirement for me when buying.
