Good sturdy chair, back support etc, however, the seat is very firm and hard. If you like a softer chair then I wouldnt purchase this chair.

I bought this chair a little over 6 months ago. It has been used for over 8 hours a day across that period. It was always a firm seat, but in the last month or so I have found that the foam cushioning has collapsed to the point where it is painful to sit on for extended periods. I expected better lifespan from a product with a 10 year warranty and at this price point.

Good sturdy chair, back support etc, however, the seat is very firm and hard. If you like a softer chair then I wouldnt purchase this chair.
I bought this chair a little over 6 months ago. It has been used for over 8 hours a day across that period. It was always a firm seat, but in the last month or so I have found that the foam cushioning has collapsed to the point where it is painful to sit on for extended periods. I heard great reviews with HAWORTH’s top line flagship Zody which is double the price point of the ALOHA. The Aloha Active Ergonomic chair keeps all of Zody's adjustability while at a budget price. This product has seat tilt, 3 position back tilt / lock, chair tilt, heigh lift, standard up and down height armrest. There is a lumbar support which is not aggressive but is noticeable while seating. The seat is firm not plush as the Zody. However, the Aloha wider seat is a positive for anyone looking for more real estate. The only downside there is no stock on Officeworks’s floor to try any of Haworth’s chairs. There is a 10-year warranty which is not common. Overall, satisfied with my purchase!
