I have been debating on a new pair of skis for over a year now. With the help of Mark Freytag, I finally settled on the Head Kore 93’s! It was a recommendation that he had made based on my information that I had given him and I couldn’t be happier. I was able to use them for the first time yesterday with less than perfect snow conditions. It was crusty, thin, and became slushier as the day went on. The edges held great as I carved down the mountainside and there was little to no chatter when I picked up speed. I’m 6’4”, 215 lbs and the 184 cm length was perfect for my abilities. I can’t wait to hit the slopes with quality snow and really see how these skis handle. Hit up Mark if you have any questions!

These skis are pure fun. Just put them on edge and you're turning with ease. Feels like auto-pilot. Push them a little and you can feel the energy out of the turn. Great on the groomers and they hold up through the crud. I am 200 lbs and skiing on the Head Kore 93 177 length with Tyrolia Attack 14 bindings.

Head Kore 93 are great skis - light nimble and can handle just about anything.I got a little chattery at high speed through crud but I feel like I'm still dialing these skis in. Each day I felt more and more confident on them. These will be my daily go to for all mountain fun.Evo offered a great prices and shipped super quick for free! A very happy customer
I really like these skis so far. I am 5'9" and 200 pounds and I got 170cm length. They are very light for the length and well built. The old topsheet from the 22 model is gone and they are now more durable. These are stiff skis for sure but at 200lbs I have not had much issue with the stiffness, and I am an intermediate skier. If your a lot lighter than me look at the Saloman qst 92, Nordica enforcers 93 or some of the other options in the approx. 90 width all mountain range.
Just a great ski. Seems to do everything well. The deep side cut takes them into bumps with wonderful quick turns. The wide shovel handles crud and powder with ease even with a 93 mid waist width. Hard pack no problem. Stable and strong at speed too! Perhaps not quite as fast on groomers as my buddies with pure front side skiis but that is a small price to pay for the benefit of everything else it does so well. I can't say enough good things about this ski. I love this ski.
I only have one day on these skis. I put in a full day on groomed, moguls, some chutes and trees. Snow conditions were good. The Kore's handled all of it, turn initiation was good and they felt stable and damp on hard packed groomers. I explored all over the mountain and they did it all.
Do not buy bindings from this site - they do not ask for your boot size so my bindings came way too wide apart (even on the tightest setting). Contacting customer support has not been useful. My local ski shop said its very irresponsible for them to drill holes and mount the bindings without asking my boot size.
I'm 6 ft. 180lbs and I skied this ski in a 180cm length at Loveland, CO early 2017/18 season. This new KORE line is the first time Head (a company with a strong racing heritage) has made a progressive ski in the "freeski" category that I've really loved. The 93 was light, quick edge-to-edge and powerful despite it's light weight. The tip and tail weren't too stiff, so it was easy initiate turns at lower speeds or to smear a quick turn to dump speed in variable terrain. While forgiving in the tip and tail, this ski had mean edge hold underfoot thanks in part to the graphene that provides energy and dampening. All in all, I'd highly recommend this ski to someone looking for a east-coast quiver-killer freeski or a frontside freeski to rip most days when you can't take ... MoreI'm 6 ft. 180lbs and I skied this ski in a 180cm length at Loveland, CO early 2017/18 season. This new KORE line is the first time Head (a company with a strong racing heritage) has made a progressive ski in the "freeski" category that I've really loved. I wasn't sure about these skis when the guy at Evo recommended them. I was moving from a pair of Heads (5 yo) that I didn't ever like. These are night and day. Much more stable at speed, great control in all conditions, and they just inspire confidence. We had a big snowfall the other day and I rode these in the deep snow and they obeyed my every wish. On groomed runs they carve really clean and they are nicely stable at speed when you have that run-out at the bottom of a run and want to catch the next ride up so you cruise at, like, 45 mph. The top scratches easily (it's like old cake frosting) but I don't really care about that. The bases seem to have held up well. These help me ski better and with more confidence because I know I can trust them.Highly recommend.
