I was sceptical of a 2 in 1 product as I usually don't use conditioner due to the oiliness but this product is amazing. There is no oily residue left from the conditioner just soft hair and I get a good clean from the shampoo with a refreshing scent. I have also noticed that I do infact have less visible flakes of dandruff and less itching. Very happy with this product would definitely buy again

Head & Shoulders make great anti dandruff products. This one was quick and easy to use as it was a 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner. My hair felt clean and smooth. The cool menthol however was strong and I could feel it on my scalp as I have sensitive skin. It did work well as an anti dandruff shampoo and conditioner.

Upon opening the bottle of Head & Shoulders Cool Menthol 2 in 1 Shampoo & Conditioner, it had a pleasant minty menthol smell. Lathered well in wet hair and didn't leave a slimy conditioner type residue when rinsed off. I did feel a minor tingly menthol sensation in my scalp which felt like a slightly artificial way of making it feel like it was cleansing away any dandruff. Would be suitable for hot summer days when scalp is feeling oily and itchy. Unfortunately I tried this on a cold rainy night and i didn't enjoy the cold scalp feeling.

My first reaction to this shampoo was the to the strong fragrance, which is a bit overpowering. After the first wash I felt like my dandruff had actually increased, but maybe it was my scalp reacting to the initial treatment. I use it a few times a week and have found that my dandruff has reduced significantly. I prefer to use more natural products, so I will see whether I continue to use.
I tested this, washing daily for a week. During this time I took videos of myself scratching any dandruff onto a sheet of plastic to see the difference. The first day before using the shampoo I had alot more dandruff than after the week using it, proving it does what it is supposed to. The menthol smelled great and also felt a slight cooling sensation on my head which was good.
My hair type is coarse and typically dry, with also a dry scalp which flakes if untreated by conditioner. I found the H&S 2 in 1 to be quite effective in addressing both of my issues and noticed considerable improvement by the 4th day of use. Menthol is a unique scent, never encountered it in previous hair products and would not have picked this if it were not for the trial. Found the scent to be pleasant and not too overpowering. The amount of product used was quite minimal as it lathered and foamed up readily. This is in contrast to other conditioners which would require me to use a more generous amount. Head and shoulder Cool Menthol shampoo is really good as its keeps the scalp clean. Leaves your hair with an amazing smell after a shower. Also takes care of dry and itchy scalps! The menthol gives a cool feeling for your head when you apply on your head. Definitely recommend this shampoo.

I usually use head and shoulders so I know it works but this one doesn't work as well. By day 2 the dandruff is back. I usually use the regular cool menthol one that's just a shampoo (not the 2in1) and I could go 4 days of not washing my hair and not get dandruff. I do like the 2in1 and save time with not having to use a conditioner but I would prefer to not get dandruff again do quickly.
I found this product to have similar properties to other Head and Shoulder Shampoo's, it definitely does a good job of leaving the scalp clean and itch free, however there is no way this is also a conditioning product. After each use I was still needing to use my conditioner or there is no way I would be able to even get a comb through my hair. I found the menthol smell to be refreshing. I think this product is great as a shampoo, but a shampoo only.
