In a family of multifilament strings that already provide plenty of power thanks to structure and manufacturing process, the Velocity MLT is the poster child. Its multifilament core is surrounded by thicker fibers that increase energy efficiency for power. At the same time, the lowfriction coating ensures that the strings realign after each stroke for high spin potential. Coupled with the lively feel, the Velocity MLT is an excellent, longlasting powerhouse for tournament and club players.

Trying it at various tensions. Good when freshly strung, still working out timing for replacement but having this reel makes it more cost effective.Good performance, lively enough and getting enough response and spin.

Used this string as a cross with a soft poly main. My son loves it and is playing good with it.

I am a college player who uses this as part of a hybrid with a competitor's shaped poly, and it has helped with combatting arm pain and adding a controllable level of power. Glad we found this string! I use 17 gauge and have yet to break it as a cross!
We wanted to achieve a higher level of comfort and power while retaining the spin and control of our favorite poly. Tried many combinations and settled on Velocity MLT 17 as our go-to cross string. Nice and slippery, controllable power, decent comfort. It is now our cross string standard for use with our favorite poly (Diadem Power 17), which happens to be teal colored, and the pink Velocity look pretty cool combined with the teal poly. My kid had become a chronic string breaker but hasn't yet broken this combo.
The string is good multifilament string. Less power than sensation but provide more consistency and spin.
Very good comfort but maybe too lively at lower tension for high swing speeds. Go to 58 to dial the power back and increase the control. Used in Wilson Pro Staff RF97 v13, Babolat Pure Strike 18x20 and Babolat Pure Drive β21
Iβve just started using it in one of my racquets, strung a bit lighter than I've been using with other strings, at 55. Found it a little lively to start, but I was using a stiffer string hybrid set up and after a couple of hits I like the feel and spin Iβm getting from the full bed of velocity. Having the reel will allow me to restring more frequently, try some different tensions and find the right set up. Cost is good for this string.
It is multifilament string but feel like poly string , easy spin . Excellent multifilament string .
My main positive is how easy this is to string. I use this in my crosses with poly mains, and it's a breeze to weave through.
