Be aware, first of all, that this is NOT pure stevia, it's mostly erythritol. Most stevia sweeteners are. I expected that and am not disappointed. There is a trace of bitterness if used in hot liquids, but it's fine in yogurt or other applications where the food being sweetened is cold. It was reasonably priced and the bag will last me a long time.

I was really happy to find this product, since my previous stevia brand was really expensive and I was looking for a cheaper replacement. I am extremely satisfied with both the flavour and the fact that you only need a small quantity to sweeten your drink. Excellent also for yogurts and oatmeal. Highly recommended!
Switched from sugar to Stevia in drinks and home-made muffins several months ago. No obvious aftertaste, zero calories, and cheaper than sugar. Wish I'd found this product earlier. My waistline certainly knows the difference! iHerb looks to be the best price around.
I did not like the bitter after taste . I used it in my coffee and it tasted just like how Equal used to taste. There was a slight bitter after taste that tends to linger.When I used it for making my dessert, it was really bad! the bitter aftertaste did not go away and everything else we ate after that also tasted bitter. This lasted for about an hour before it dissipated.Needless to say, I'm happy I tried it at least once, but I definitely will not buy it anymore.I'll stick to Xylitol :D
