I thought this would be a more economical way of sweetening my coffee rather than buying the liquid monk fruit from Amazon. I was definitely wrong because this product does not taste Good at all! And regretfully, it took quite a few tablespoons in order to get some sort of taste in my coffee. Even if it did taste the same it would not have been a better value because I had to use so much. Either way I won't be buying this again. Very disappointed

i love it. tastes very similar to sugar without all the extra calories and sugar spike. high quality and fine ingredients. can be used in lots of recipes. beneficial and suitable for any diet in my opinion. however it’s kinda expensive for the amount.

Does not have the sweet boost of real sugar, but is a good sugar alternative. No weird tastes. Good value. Will probably not buy again because it contains erythritol.

I've been using alternative sweeteners since 2005 and in the past 5 years have gotten off splenda. I finally took the plunge into monkfruit to fit into my keto diet and was pleasantly surprised! This brand seems to have more servings per package than the other brands out there and the quality and taste is great! It does sometimes go on sale, so I stock up on it. Depending on your climate, you may need to keep the opened bag in a ziploc in the fridge or freezer as it can clump like regular sugar. I use in my baking recipes and my husband cannot detect a difference!
Bought Health Garden monk fruit sweetener only because Sam's was out of granulated Splenda. Supposed to be 1:1 equivalent, but I'm having to use twice as much monk fruit to get the same sweetness. Disappointed.
To me, Monk Fruit is the best alternative to replace sugar. I make my sweet tea and everyone, who’s drank it, tell me they can’t tell the difference. So in cooking, baking, bread and dinner rolls, I’ve found no difference. My baked goods and breads come out just liked I used sugar. One thing to watch, you might have to adjust your cookie recipes. Mine tasted too sweet so I’ll have to adjust for less of the monk fruit than sugar. Recommend if you diabetes, like me, you can have iced tea and not worry about carbs. Cooking with it also reduces your carbs. There’s a few formulas online you can use to figure out using a non-sweetener in your recipe versus sugar and the carb reduction. Hope you enjoy using it.
Health Garden Monk Fruit Sweetener with Erythritol is the best low carb sweetener I have used since starting the ketogenic diet 2 years ago. It tastes just like sugar but without the carbs. I use it in all low carb recipes for baked goods, e.g. sweet breads, cheesecake, cookies, fat bombs, etc. I love that it comes in white and golden. The golden smells and tastes like granulated brown sugar. This product is an excellent coffee sweetener. It can also be mixed into or sprinkled on top of berries or plain yogurt. All around a tasty product making low carb eating so much easier! Highly recommend!

This is absolutely the best sugar substitute. My husband can taste all other sweetners & won't eat whatever I put it in - he can't tell the difference with Monk Fruit. In coffee, in tea, on fruit - whatever you use it in - you won't be able to tell the difference. The reason why I said it is not a good value - it is very expensive for a very small amount of product. However, if you have taken sugar out of your diet, but have a sweet tooth, and you use it in moderation - then this is the product for you. It acts like sugar - it is granulated like sugar - so the use is similar, teaspoon for teaspoon. I take my blood sugar levels - and this does not increase my levels. Thanks for a great product - but please bring the price down if you can.
Cup for cup like sugar? It's 100% not true. Monk fruit extract should be 150 to 200 times sweeter than sugar, so what is this tasteless powder? 15-20 teaspoons of this product equal 1 teaspoon of sugar. This means that the potency of this product is equivalent to monk fruit diluted between 2250 and 4000 times. I don't understand the satisfaction of other buyers. Where do all these positive reviews come from? What is going on? I wonder if the product has changed over time.
