My nutritionist sells smaller packages of this for almost the same price, i searched everywhere to compare and this was the best price and best value, larger than what i get from nutritionist as well. its the same product she recommended to me, so i know its already good quality, and i use this as part of the supplement regime for Hashimoto's auto immune disease, this helps speed up the metabolism for those with hypothyroid issues. i recommend this product.
