As a Remedial Massage Therapist I found Healthy Care Arnica a fabulous product with great results on all sorts of muscular injuries and great for recovery as well. I use Healthy Care Arnica in my practice and definitely recommend my clients use it at home as well

This is the best remedy for swelling and bruises and this is the cheapest you can buy it anywhere. I would buy stocks in this product if I could work out how to.

Didn’t read the ingredients or instructions properly before buying. Is NOT arnica cream for bruises! Just has arnica as one of ingredients. More of a skin cream and I really do not like the smell; a kind of synthetic perfume.
I purchased this products for my 97 year old mother to use on her bruised ankles. She is very happy with it as it leaves her skin feeling nice and soft, works well on the bruises too
