I have used these tablets on three occassions. The first two times i didnt change my habits enough to see much result. This time i have used the tablets.and changed my diet and exercise habits. Getting off my lazy butt for 30 mins a day, eating healthy, drinking more water and using these tablets has made a big difference. When i forget to take them i feel the difference in my energy levels too.

Tested this product by having a good diet with and without this, it doesn't work at all. No suppressed appetite or any other noticeable difference. You're better off just sticking to a healthy diet and drinking green tea if you really think you need something extra to help.

I also have been using Garcinia Cambogia for two years, and have had a result of 20 kg gradual weight loss over this period of time. Adjusted my diet, to a balanced one, but still allowed myself the occasional treat. This supplement also gave me more energy, but definitely didn't go on any vigorous exercise schedules. Now I've stabilised to my goal weight and have so for some time. Be patient and kind to yourself, no stringent diets/exercise required with Garcinia Cambogia, only motivation!

What I love about this product is that it has no caffeine which 99% of other weight loss supplements do. Ive been using it for a few years. I only eat 1 meal a day at dinner. I take 2 around 1pm when i start to feel hungry. It takes away the hungry feeling by making me full. I do no exercise but do eat well.
I thought I had lost no weight and there was no difference to my appearance (I don't have scales at home) so I gave this product a 1* review, but I was just at the doctor and I have lost 8kgs since the last time I was there! I was last there 3 months ago but I have not done anything different since then except start exercise classes (just 1 hour a week) AND take these tablets (been taking them about 3 weeks now) . Other than that I do cycle and go to the gym but I had been doing that prior to the doctors visits.I am going to go and try to change my negative review if possible.....So yes, I will definitely be purchasing again
I keep coming back to this product as it's the only one that seems to suppress cravings and also seems to help with feeling full, making it easier to reduce snacking between meals. It definitely makes it easier to stay on track and in control. Obviously exercise and smart food choices are key in managing weight but this definitely helps a lot and I'd recommend giving it a try.
Ive been using this for the past 2 days and I'm already in love with it. I went for this brand because it was so cheap and had low expectations so didn't want to waste my money. I struggle with over eating after dinner, but these have stopped that! It hasn't just made me fuller, it's somehow made the compulsion to eat out of boredom/habit disappear too. Will be buying again!
I have put on 10 kilos last year and have read about this product and according to the article I read the more Garcinia Cambogia content there is on the pill the more effective it is. I tried this a couple of weeks ago and in 2 weeks I shed off 2 kilos and I'm happy with it. I'm looking forward to get rid of my extra weight and soon I will be back to my normal shape again. This product is highly recommended.
I have been taking these tablets for around two weeks and there has been no difference whatsoever in my appetite or weight. Further, the instructions are ridiculous - you have to take the tablet 1/2 hour before you eat - since I don't have a planned eating time this is very hard. I wish I could get my money back, what a waste of 30 bucks.
After a major role change at work (70% less physical activity) I rapidly gained 19 kg and spent 11 months trying to shake it off. Serious cut to my caloric intake, more frequent and more intense exercise, more water, overall less of the bad stuff (was never big on sugary drinks anyway). In the first 6 months I lost 1.8 kg (even my doctor was stumped given the major dietary and physical activity changes, and no hormonal issues). In the next 4 months, only 1.3 kg was shed. But as soon as I started taking two of these and a glass of water with my vitamins and fish oil 30 mins before my main meal (and 1 before lunch), I shed 3.75!kg in the one month after that. So my opinion that they do work, but just by augmenting diet and exercise.
