Bought these as they were the best value for 400 caps. I am taking it for stiffness in my hands (fingers) which I have attributed to arthritic pain. I have only been taking this for approximately 3 weeks so I need to assess it further down the track to see if it has had any affect on my joints.
Good strength, only need to take one a day. Great value for 400 capsules. Will keep taking this
