Little or no improvement following all the directions.

Of all the arthritis relief medication I have used, these are by far the best. Don’t expect relief immediately because that is not what happens but you need to stay with them because they do work wonders for the aches and pains. Thoroughly recommend.

Have been using for years and works so well. If I forget to take it i can really notice that I have forgotten. Stops pain in my knees and allows me to walk up steps and get up off the floor without assistance.
