Has been continually taking this and got it from here. It’s good for those who cannot take other iron supplements which give them other side effect, such as constipation. This has helped to increase my level of iron in my system and doesn’t cause constipation
Contains many beneficial nutrients and antioxidants (antiaging)... sounds good to us. We notice when we miss our daily Spirulina but notice little when we just take it routinely. So much good stuff in a simple, naturally occurring one-stop powerhouse! If you just want one thing this is worth a try.
Have been taking 4000mg of spirulina for approx 4 years under the guidance of a Naturopath. I swear by it for those who find it hard to fit in all the recommended green/alkaline vegetables in a day. Great for immune support.

I've been taking spirulina for about five years or so now, as I have a poor immune system and had low iron levels. It's certainly helped those two areas and also boosts my energy levels a little as well. As these are 1000mg I take two a day. I purchased two bottles which gives more than one year's supply.
