I’ve found that the capsules are too big and can be difficult to swallow.I like that it’s all 3 omegas but I’d rather take 2 smaller capsules than 1 of these capsules. Hopefully that might happen. I’ll be looking for something easier to take

Been using this Omega for 3 years now. so far the only omega with combination 3-6-9 at the most affordable price yet the quality is there.
