I buy Vitamin E 500IU Capsules as I use the liquid in my Soaps & other Natural Skincare Products, It adds extra Nourishment to my Products. Iv used these capsules for over 6yrs.
A must for heart health but a continuous practice should be maintained.
Great antioxidant as well as good for the heart 500 IU is enough to cover my daily needs of Vitamin E.

Super large capsules. I normally buy blackmores but decided to give this one a go but as soon as I opened this I knew I wouldn't be buying it again. Just ridiculously large capsules. Would not recommend.
