Recently purchased this electric carving knife have used on roast and bread does it’s job well
I got this to replace a very oldddd Kenwood electric knife and it’s really just not as powerful or as effective. Fiddly to change blades. Just not as good as I expected. Disappointed.
Unfortunately, I believe the performance of this electric knife was pretty average. We tried to cut through meat and even tried on some fruit/vegetables but it would just not cut through. It barely made a dent on some of the items and using a regular knife was more efficient and effective.
