Fantastic idea for keeping water boiling. Looks great and light weight so easy to lift. This is my second kettle the last one only lasted 9 months but it was worked hard over that time. This time I will fill out the warranty.

Best kettle I’ve bought

The best kettle I have ever purchased. It brews a beautiful cup of tea, keeps it warm while I potter around the house doing house work going back and forth for top ups. It’s super quiet up to around 70-80 degrees and then it sounds like a normal kettle. At one stage I thought it had stopped working because it’s so quiet. I love how it tells you the ambient temp of the water out of the tap. Happy customer

Digital Glass Kettle - Cute, quiet, and works as advertised.

It's cute, quiet, works well (so far). Small, but big enough for 2 people. Slower than the usual electric jugs, but that doesn't matter to me. Setting the temperature is easy and it keeps the water at that temp until you turn it off.

Great features at a reasonable price point

I do find that this kettle is slow to boil a comment I recall reading prior to my purchase, not all that much of an issue as I tend to leave it just to slowly boiling away during the day so it is boiled and ready anytime, a feature which is fantastic. This kettle has many advantages in its overall features compared to others, one being the ability to set it on a timer to be boiled and ready for that first morning coffee,I set the “timer” function every night before I go to bed, the added tea brewing filter is also fantastic It’s compact for small bench tops and perfect to corners, it does only hold 1.2L but for 2 people that’s fine. It looks amazing all my visitor's make comments. Like its beautiful ,very attractive ,etc. All things along these lines . Function's perfectly with ease . Holds more than you think it can by the look of it. And I love the keep worm feature. At your desired temperature .

Overall a pleasing product

The kettle is pretty much as I expected, and seems to be doing a good job. It is not specially fast heating up, like 3 - 4 minutes to boil a fairly minimal volume, but is great in that it has a choice of temperatures. I like to use sub-boiling water for my coffee, and 80 degrees for herbal teas. The kettle sits a little unsteadily on the concentric-ring base, but works fine. The spout doesn't pour quite as smoothly as it could, but is acceptable. A neat and attractive unit.

Positives outweigh negatives. Better than my kettle, Breville, which also had temperature settings, but stainless steel.

Clear clean glass, easy to fill and pour. No burns. Lid only went to fall out once. Can use without tea leaf holder and lid fits in normally no big gaps. Value for money. TIP: after using the kettle have a good habit of turning power off on display otherwise the kettle will keep warm at selected temperature wasting electricity regardless of if it's below the min fill line. So i don't know if this risks dry boil....? NEGAITVES eg beeps too loud and too much. Negative the metal is getting brown spots so soon.

Stylish, quiet and versatile.

This kettle is simply the best kettle I’ve ever purchased. It’s not a massive one though it’s great for just a few cups, if you’re wanting to pre boil water for the stock pot you just have to fill it a few more times. But for tea and coffee it’s perfect. Temperature control is brilliant. And it’s so quiet I forget it’s even on the boil. Small beep when it’s done to let you know. The only thing is you have to remember to turn it off otherwise it keeps reheating. Love this kettle!

Utterly useless

Before I start, Kogan were brilliant when I wasn’t happy and replaced it without fanfare. However it is such a shame that this absolutely gorgeous looking kettle. It looks to be a good quality little thing, however it doesn’t actually boil, it only gets to about 95 degrees and that’s it. I ended up being supplied with 2...the original purchase and the replacement and both of them have the same issue....other than this, it’s a really nicely put togeather little unit. Let me please reinterate though, that kogan’s after sales service was second to none when resolving my issue and I remain a happy Kogan customer.

You are in control.

I have had the best green tea at a Chinese student place. He told me that the secret is to have good tea (no tea-bags) and to let it stand at 70 degrees Celsius. With this pot I can do it at 80 degrees but it still comes out great. I need only a sprinkle of tea leaves and end up with much better tea than in most Chinese places. I can set up the timer and come home to a cup of hot green tea. Tea basket very well made and easy to wash Great. Bought another. Just in case. If left for some time water evaporates. Pay attention to water levals.
