I read the previous reviews before purchasing and I agree that this product does not have any taste and is not grainy. It makes it very easy to consume.

Calling psyllium husks 'scrumptious', is a bit of an exaggeration, but if like me, you need some extra fibre in your diet, this Healthy Life 500g pack, is the best and cheapest you'll find.

Calling psyllium husks 'scrumptious', is a bit of an exaggeration, but if like me, you need some extra fibre in your diet, this Healthy Life 500g pack, is the best and cheapest you'll find.
I regularly take this every morning with my breakfast so that I stay regular!
I have substituted Metamucil for this product. Add it to yogurt, cereal or just mix with a glass of water.

A good cost effective alternative supply of Psyllium Husk from the usual famous brand. The husk granules here are bigger but no it makes no difference. It's actually tasteless which is how it's meant to be.
This Psyllium Husk is not as good as I use to get from chemist warehouse months back. I can’t remember the brand Name for previous one but that was more effective than this product and that was coming in bag Too
