I'd never had an alcohol-free beer that I enjoyed until I got a can of this on a whim while out for dinner the other night. It is genuinely every bit as tasty as a regular beer. My wife and I each tried one, and I've signed up here specifically to get a case of it -- we liked it that much.

Been told to lay off the booze for a few months. I took a punt, based on reviews, with a case of Heaps Normal. Have been drinking it on and off over the last few weeks, interspersed with other non-alcohol beers to mix it up, some good and some - not. If you're after an Aussie draught beer - you may not be impressed. Being a craft beer man. I'm happy to say, even though it's not the real thing, that this is a great drop. Will definitely be getting this regularly. Cheers, M
I can’t belief how great the flavour of this beer is. I am sure in a blind taste test you would not be able to identify which beer is the zero. I have finally found a zero beer I love. I just wish more pubs and clubs would take it on. Congratulations to the brewery you have a great product here.
This non alcoholic I found to be okay to drink. I find some non alcoholic beer like Upside Dawn and Run Wild very craft beer tasting and easy to drink more than one. This beer is aligned more with the main stream clear coloured beers and a good substitute if you need to give alcohol a break. I prefer it very cold tho.
It's juts very very good at tasting like a good craft beer without the alcohol....it's the first surprisingly good beer I ever had. Happy to say I have had others as life would get boring is this were the only local non-alcoholic beer. It's the main one in most bars in Sydney now, which is surprising as it's a Canberra beer. Not to be confused with the lager that make which is find very underwhelming.
Let's face it... If you've looking at alcohol-free you've usually resigned yourself to taking some hits on flavour / depth / complexity and all those other elements us craft beer nerds know and love. Good news, bearded chin-stroker. You no longer have to. Heaps Normal is one of those rare releases that doesn't leave you wanting. Sessionable yet flavourful, it brings all of the benefits of "drinking" without any of the downsides to drinking. I love it.
I recently ordered a mixed dozen non-alcoholic beers from all around the world, and this one stood out head and shoulders above the rest. It has a fantastically refreshing taste and so like alcoholic beer you wouldn't know the difference. I could happily drink this beer forever!
I am still amazed how convincing these heaps normal beers are, they come so close to the real thing. These are my ultimate favourite alternative beers, they never long in my fridge though... the temptation is too great!
