I've been using these for years and haven't been able to find anything else like them. I am an extremely light sleeper and have trouble with the slightest noise. These have been the only ear plugs that I've been able to use that drown out the noise enough for me to sleep. They're not completely sound proof (I don't like them to be), so I can still hear if anything very loud happens, for example, glass breaking. They muffle sound just enough for me to be able to sleep but still be aware of my surroundings if I need to be.

These are great, they block a lot of noise. I can still hear my partner snoring if it's very loud, but otherwise I can't hear breathing or outside noises or doors opening or closing so I definitely sleep much better with these in. I also have small ear canals and I usually need to use the smaller pink ones but these don't hurt my ears at all. I've been using them for at least 12 months and they're great. Each pair last at least a couple of weeks too if your ears aren't too waxy so they're quite good value as well.

I have ordered this version (Xtreme Protection) of Hearos ear plugs together with the Ultimate Softness version, because I didnt know which would fit my ears better. This one is slightly bigger and I think a bigger part of it stays outside the ear, which could be a problem for side sleepers. I think I´ll stick with the Ultimate Softness one because it´s a bit smaller and enough to attenuate the disturbing sounds at night already. But this one here is also good.If u need better noise attenuation (although not that different), go with this one... if u care more about comfort (although not that big difference too ;-p), go with the other one.

I had been using this brand this ear plug for many years. They changed the formula and it’s bad. First i ordered from their website, and it’s not good. Then I order on iherb because I normally order from here hoping it’s the same batch. But still, bad. I use it to sleep with a snoring husband. It used to be soft and can block 70% sound. Now it only blocks 10-20% sound and the foam doesn’t expand, my ears are in pain in the morning. Time to shop for another brand. Very disappointed
