The print quality is great but the website is a bit misleading and hard to work with in the sense that a lot of things happened that I wasn't informed of. On the customize page, it asks you to select your colors. I uploaded an image with 2 colors on it and I just assumed I had to select the colors from your list based on what inks you had to replace the blue and white from my image. When I went to get a test shirt printed, I wasn't told until after I had the shirt sent that it was done direct to print vs screen printed. There needs to be 2 separate design pages based on direct to print and screen printed, because there was only one design page and the company just sort of picked direct to print for me without letting me know that was the process. I feel like this issue could have been avoided had the design page been a bit more specific about differences in pricing between both print types and just had 2 different design pages based on print type, because you guys just sort of auto-picked it for me and I didn't even know until the test shirt arrived and when I tried checking out at the lower cost.I will still be using you guys for the future but a layout and more informative set of design pages would have stopped this from being a 3 week process of emailing back and forth through confusion.

I ordered 2 sleeveless shirts of my favorite band, and I couldn't be more amped over how they came out.The ordering process was smooth and allowed me to upload my own designs. Ok let my start by saying 5 star to customer service Mrs. Catherine was awesome with solving my issue. She responded back very quickly if she was unaware of something she found out for me. Now about the transfer I recently bought oh my I was so excited about the next day turn around and no set up fee let me tell you. I pressed my prints the same day I received them and they peeled like butter. Awesome colors I pressed my image on a pink and a black hoodie the pink hoodie came out beautifully the black hoodie came out great but a slight change in the color but still beautiful.Jiffy offers on white DTF powered at this time. Not great quality. When I got them there were threads hanging from the seams, when I held it up to the light I could see how loose the weave was, the texture was fuzzy, and the shirts are rough and weirdly inflexible. It says 100 percent cotton but I'm not sure. The tags say Gildan 5000s but they can't be the same Gildan 5000s that people use for their print-on-demand merchandise. But they were 2.79 each so I guess that means you don't have to provide a wearable shirt. I thought about returning them but I guess I can use some as guinea pigs for my designs and test the others to see how long they last before wearing out (they're kind of already worn out in my opinion). I bought probably five different colors and would say they are all about the same quality; bad.
