I bought this calculator to take with me to auction school. I was wanting a cheap alternative to the daily calculator I use in my office. Turns out this is a much better calculator than what I was expecting. In fact, this is my new daily calculator. Love this thing. Perfect size. Buttons feels balanced and responsive and I like the angle that it sits when I have it in front of me. No more glare from the overhead lights. Thinking about ordering another for the shop floor. Highly recommended

The Calculator is a fantastic tool! It looks exactly as photographed. I love that this is a solar calculator but has a back up AA battery option so one can constantly use the calculator. The keys and screen are big and makes it easy to see. It has the basic function buttons but also tax and currency conversion, profit margin percentage and command signs. Its a great addition to my office and I use it regularly. I highly recommend you add the Calculator to your office must have tools!

It was larger than I expected so at first it felt weird in my desk but now I'm getting used to it (I was using a very small one so in comparison it is much larger). It feels kind of bulky but it is cute, nice color, big buttons and I love the 'delete' feature when I type a number by mistake I don't have to erase the whole thing, just that one number. I didn't know how handy this button is.Also, it has the solar panel but since my office doesn't have a direct light, I ended up adding a battery on the back."

Great calculator with large buttons and solar power. Battery backup, but if your room or office is well lighted or you have a lamp on your desk, you can leave the battery out. All the math modes are there. You can do calculus or trigonometry, but I can't because I am math challenged. We solved the where is the calculator problem by buying three. Two on sale. Now, a calculator is always close at hand. I recommend!
It's a bit early in the game so I post about first impressions. It works without batteries in bright light from a 60 watt CFL bulb. The display, large buttons and heft are just right. Color options are enough for me; turquoise is easy on the eyes and makes it stand out from the background. Functions are adequate for budgeting; my scientific calculator does the complex stuff.

I got my money’s worth!My only complaint with this product is that it says it can be used in solar mode or with one AA battery (not included). I could not get it to work in solar mode, so I dug around in my desk and found a battery. Once it had battery power, this worked great. I am an Uber driver and at the end of each day I have to add up my miles and income, etc. I had a small solar calculator with tiny keys, so this makes doing a lot of addition and subtraction much easier. Everything I would want a calculator to be! Adds, subtracts, multiplies and divides! Has a CLEAR button and everything. OK sorry, enough sarcastic humor. It is a great calculator. My wife's old one died and she needed a new one. The keypad was larger than she thought it would be, but after using it she loves it. I don't know if the description mentions this but the solar panel is not designed to run the calculator by itself. It takes a single AA battery and when in the light the solar array "supplements" and helps to reduce the battery consumption. Nor does the solar array CHARGE a rechargeable battery. Overall a good unit, came pretty quick and easy to use.

Most all calculators have a button battery buried inside that you don’t want to mess with.Large quiet buttons, on/off power switch, saving that battery you installed. Numbers and function buttons placed in a friendly manner. Display is easy to read and large, and angled upwards to make it easy to read. All-in-all, a great simple desktop calculator.
