Works well but when mounted on the wall you need to be gentle pulling the cord as the bracket is in the middle yet the cord is on the right side, so I was a little concerned how well the bracket will hold over time. Happy otherwise.

I was disturbed by the state of the packaging as it was ripped and had been taped. When I opened it and went to install the heater I found the template for the bracket to fix to the wall was missing and also a screw was missing. So I believe that I received a returned item. The heater works well and is good value. I was less than impressed by the presentation.

Love my new heater. It was really easy to install. Delivery was withun a couple of days of ordering.

Easy fix direct heater.

Easy to install and does a good job of providing instant direct heat. Adverts don't indicate the length of power cord or where it is connected to the heater so it is hard to know if it will go in the required place. There was no paper fixing template but it was easy enough to use the heater base to locate the position for wall mountings.

Finish issues

Heater chrome face panel had not been well treated. It looked like rivet marks showing through as if something heavy had been stacked on it. Packaging was fine and the product works very well. Just a little disappointed in appearance. While this does not define bad product quality, the choices are yes or no.

Good fast heating for your wet area

Good heater to have for your bathroom. The installation is little tricky as the instruction manual is not really clear and i am not an electrician or builder but with some observation and right tools to do the job it wont be a problem. You need a drill and make sure to use gravity toggle for your drywall instead of plastic wall plugs that come with it as the screw a bit loose..

Happy with it

Ive used it only a couple of time in a small bathroom but was surprised of how quickly it gets the room hot using only the first level (out of 2). Had to turn it off quite quickly. Easy to install. Expected it to be a lot smaller (my bad for not checking size) so will not buy a second one for my ensuite bathroom as it wont fit. Otherwise I recommend this product.

Instant heat

I bought this heater to mount in my bathroom as it is always cold in winter, regardless of heat lamps on the roof. Ive read people say it is hard to mount. Im not a handy man at all and I found it somewhat easy. The heater is mounted above my sliding door with the pull cord handing in line with the architrave of the door. The heat on two is good sometimes one bar is only needed. I would not use it for permanent heating as it would be to costly to run electricity wise but ok for shave and showering. Looks good and does its job.

Stylish and effective

It looks nice and suits my style of bathroom and bathroom no longer an icebox and the only type of heater that could be installed in my bathroom.

Switch

Love this little heater. I am keeping it unattached for mobility. hits up my big lounge room(5x3.5) very fast in less than half an hour. Only have problem with the switch. I don't know whether it's from overheating or pulling the cord wrong. But switch gets stuck after cooling down and I am not talking about after an hour, I am talking about after a day I wasn't able to turn it back on. Had to pull apart. (Inside was as "expected'...) It's happened 2 times already but I managed to get it going. Overall It is still bloody awesome heater for this price.
