Only two filament worked on a brand new item, third did not work. Paid $150 and feels cheaply built. 2 filament heaters were available for $50 and regret paying a lot of money.

Hello!As I bought this online for my elderly mother who lives interstate I cannot comment on the product itself but I wanted to respond on the amazing customer service I received, my star rating above is for Mandy Chamoun.I rang your customer service line requesting the earliest possible delivery date as my mother, who is 82 had her heater break down suddenly. Mandy took the time to request this with the supplier and then took the time to send me a lovely email updating me on its delivery status.The heater did arrive earlier than expected and my Mum and I are both very grateful for the care and attention we received.

A low cost efficient electric heater with fan assisted heating on the higher setting. It was well wrapped with not a scratch .

It performed as claimed. It warms a room quickly. So far so good. We shall see as winter deepens,but it was good value for money.

Effective personal heater, well priced.

Very effective personal heater (radiant) combined with fan (convection). Light and easy to move either on its wheels or carrying. 3 + stages of heating with thermostatic control on full power. Its height gives it an advantage radiating heat to body. Appears well made and I would buy again. Recommended.

Good looking heater, works great.

Works very well. Warms up a large room. It's a large size so quite efficient. It has three settings but the fan only operates on the highest one. Good heater well worth the money.

New Heller2400W Radiant Heater with Fan Assist

Very happy with this product as it makes my room very warm and it is easy to operate. It is also convenient to move around with the wheels attached to it.

Not as good as expected, but OK.

Easy to assemble, looks OK. Be aware that the fan only works on the highest heat setting, which is a shame. And only provides weak air flow. That is important information which the buyer should be aware of, I probably would not have purchased if I knew this. It's not winter yet so haven't had a chance for a full test, but it seems ok.

Portable and Great Heater

Arrived within 7 days. Good. Heater has 3 settings, plus fan, which I haven't needed to use. Also a thermostat. I have a medium to large area to heat, and it cannot be closed off from the kitchen and hallway, which makes it hard for my column oil radiator to heat well. This does it quickly and very well. Also the glow from the heater makes a difference mentally. So very soothing. In my adult life I have rarely used heaters. This one will be with me for as long as possible. Can't comment on energy efficiency yet, but it will obviously be less efficient than the oil heater. But one has to make do. Recommended.

Title is correct for product

We needed a portable radiant heat that could be used on extra cod days or maybe a quick warm-up first thing in the morning whilst the main heating kicks in. This is so easy to roll into place and it is good to know it has a safety cut-out mechanism if it should accidentally fall over, which if reassuring, although we do not have any children in the house but we are not as young a we used to be! The only one bad score has to be that the thermostat control on the side of the heater is not easy to read, it has an indentation only on the dial but I have solved this by painting the indentation with bright red nail varnish! Works well. Otherwise very happy with product.

great for larger rooms too

i needed a better heater for a large room. this one does the job. the fan is great. pushes out a lot of heat and the thermostat is a great feature also. i can heat the large room and it turns down when warm enough. great value. i have tried others that didn't cope with the room size. highly recommend. the wheels go on very firmly. easy to move around and not heavy.
